Room was good for a short term stay, breakfast was also good and the menu of the restaurant was extensive and also very good food

the receptionist wasn't the friendliest and for a hotel this remote to still need to pay for the small wellness area that they have is a pity. Also the fitness was really small and 4 machines were not working. Which is a pity.

Good choice of breakfast

Overpriced. Not that cleaned as you expect from a hotel like this one. The room was very tiny and we booked a triple room! It was too warm during the night and we slept very badly. There was no way to adjust the heating! Restaurant super expensive and overpriced for what they are serving. We will not come back here.

A good hotel located away from the busy areas

The hotel is located away from the busy city areas, which is what we wanted, but was within reach to commute to and from using local buses. The hotel was quiet and clean which met expectations. Room size, for 2 people was a bit on the small side but was comfortable, and the shower temperature/water force was better than experienced in other hotels recently.

The hotel has facilities such as a wellness centre, and tennis and padal courts - as mentioned online, but they all come at an extra cost which is something you find out when you arrive there. The prices aren't cheap and cannot be justified. Based on this, I lower my recommendation for anyone wanting to book this hotel to relax in. For vegetarians, there is not many options and there is refusal to adapt dishes.

The perfect place to combine business and pleasure

Breakfast staff was very friendly and prepared a wonderful decaf sojamilk cappuccino for us daily. Sunday’s special is a freshly prepared eggs breakfast that tasted delicious. Night guard prepared a much desired tea during one of my late night working sessions. For cigar lovers, there is a humidor and smoking room available.

The outside swimming pool was only accessible on our first day of arrival. Afterwards it got closed due to ‘out of season’. I found it disappointing as I am used to swim all year around in cold water. We selected Everness also because of their pool and we do not mind that the water is not heated during winter. As long as it is cleaned, we would like our morning swim.

Nice, modern hotel when you are on the way and have a car.

Very nice hotel, with amazing free parking and nice pool, good for staying on the way, when travelling. Have a nice shopping center very close to the hotel.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but the location is not good if you want to travel without car. But for me personally it was fine.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with beautiful surroundings and kind service.

The resort is beautifully surrounded by nature, offering lovely views from both the rooms and the breakfast area. The restaurant serves a generous buffet breakfast, and the staff provide exceptionally kind and attentive service

The check-in time of 16:00 could be improved to allow guests to check in earlier, ideally from 14:00 onwards. Through the booking.com portal, the restaurant had mentioned that check-in between 14:00 and 15:00 would be fine. However, when we arrived at 15:45, we were asked to wait at the reception and were informed that the room would only be ready by 16:30. Had we been informed of this in advance, we would have planned to arrive later instead of waiting unnecessarily in the lobby.

A little out of the way. Dinner menu had limited choice. Breakfast “hot plate” was lukewarm. Room cleaning was half hearted. Bar service was slow as was the returning of change from drinks purchases. Also not keen on dogs using the hotel.

The hotel had parking and conviently located between Geneva and Lausanne. The staff were friendly enough and helpful.

Bed pillows were either far (ridiculously) too large, or too small to be comfortable. Acknowledged and confirmed requests upon reservation were not delivered. (No extra towels in room upon arrival. No onsite parking reserved.) But, most disappointing were the surprisingly uncomfortable bed pillows which very unfortunately really prevented us from enjoying a good night's rest.

Nice hotel close to town

Location was okay, close to town with an uphill walk to the hotel from town. Laundry facilities were great. Good breakfast with an abundant selection. Great bathroom, very clean. Good parking under ground. Convenient kitchenette in room.

Room was above the bar so noise was an issue and the deck was unusable due to privacy and noise.

Personnel. Not friendly, lost, unorganised, too busy, not well trained, lack of customer centricity. We did not feel welcome, from reception to bar and restaurant. Room unproperly made up.

The view onto the lake was lovely. Open air options for dining also allowed you to take advantage of the view. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We arrived just before midnight and there no room service options. Small bedroom and quite tired condition/decor.

Lovely location and great views

Noisy guests on second night, woken up at 1am and then couldn't sleep, had to ring down twice and then had to get out of bed myself to tell them where the people were causing the problem. Average 2/3 star hotel with noisy toilets

The location was good. That's about it.

The rooms were noisy. Every time a neighbour would flush their toilet it sounded and felt like a tractor was attacking our room. At night the toilet was hissing like a snake. The walls were paper thin so you heard the louder neighbours and we got a family on top as well. The TVs were small and old. Staff were annoyed at everyone as if they're on forced labour. Service was almost non-existent. Not much choice for the breakfast. Overall just an average 2/3 star hotel. Can't judge the wellness facilities though as we didn't use them but if you're just staying for a few nights spending your days away from the hotel then it's a massive rip-off and letdown.
