Friendly and comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend to eat there. The room was very clean and nice. All the personal were very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was more on the cold side. It is ok if you swim up and down. The jacuzzi was too hot, but the receptions staff took care of it the very next day, but unfortunately we were not there any more.

Really nice People, restaurant was open late and good diner. Was nice to stay with our dog. Big parking in front of the door a good spot to walk our dog. Big room

Breakfast could be better - have a functional kitchen could optimise by offering fresh made pancakes and eggs/ omelet upon request. Foresee more gluten free options. Coffee was not the best. Shower was not the best - weird shower head to increase water pressure but was not nice and water did not drain well

Very good for a short stay

- big room with a balcony - adequate lighting and power outlets, including USB power - spacious bathroom with a bathtub - silent and efficient air conditioning - pleasant outdoor seating for the restaurant - SPA area seemed pretty popular (I didn't use it, so I cannot comment)

- no minibar/refrigerator in the room - no doors on the wardrobe - service in the bar/restaurant was pretty slow - bees/wasps (not sure) in the outside area of the restaurant

The BOB is cozy and nice.the staff were super helpful and welcoming. the lake view and sarounding was great.The location 20 minutes to GENEVA airport.

The location at the town and the surroundings of nature. Really wonderfull for resting.

The room cleaning was not good. It was full of spider nets clearly visible and the bathtub poured much water at each utilization. Furthermore the swimming pool spa circuit didn't fully worked.

Very disappointing given the high price

The surrounding area is very beautiful.

There were dozens of small warms in the hammam. No cups available either for water near the spa. I asked specifically for 2 twin beds, and was provided with a double bed.

Nice and quiet hotel

Spacy room with balcony. Comfortable bad which for me is one of the critical things. Large bathroom. Simple but really good breakfast. The hotel has a SPA area.

I stayed there for a trade show in Geneva and the price was extremally high so taking into consideration cost to value this was not the best deal.

Not value for money, rude staff and unprofessional rules will spoil your vacation

Good locations and lots of free parking space

Staffs are rude, not helpful. You will fill insulated how they talk. Seems to entertain only french speakers. They charge so much, claims to be a spa resort and don’t even provide basic toiletries. Apartments don’t have much facilities. For apartments check in and check out time is a scam - 5 pm check in and 10 am checkout and they put fines on slight late check out. No cleaning service. The garbage disposal rooms stinks like a morgue. The swimming pool stinks like a public toilet and stinky smell of bleach. Even the water in bathroom has the bas bleach smell.

Tranquil

The hotel is situated about 40 minutes to one hour from Geneva by public transport. It overlooks the lake which is beautiful. It has a pool & jacuzi & it is within walking distance of the small lovely town. The area has a very tranquil feel. The room I stayed in was large and had a fridge & balcony. The staff were pleasant. The room was also good value for money.

The plug in the bath didn’t fit properly and water leaked out while taking a bath.

cheap hotel not worth the money.

that it was situated at the lake

too expensive, no spa, showers in the spa were broken, no hygiene in the hamam, no towels in the spa, dirty, food that tasted as if it came out of a can and it was over cooked.

just childhood memories, they have never changed anything since 20 years.

the AC was not working in whole buildings, they upgrade my room, and all the apartments still has the same issue.
