Our stay was fine, but the room really could have done with some information in it re the swimming times, restaurant menus, where things were in the building as it wasn’t overly clear for a first trip there. The bathroom also didn’t have extraction fans so it was very wet in there but overall it was okay for the price I paid.

We have a short visit at this hotel. The hotel has great facilities and was very accommodating for all our needs. However the hotel and the rooms felt tired and in need of a freshen up. With its location and facilities on offer that would make a huge difference. I would recommend.

The hotel has a nice relaxed vibe, was very welcoming.
Our room was in a nice location, easy to get to and had all the facilities we required. Our stay was let down by there being no hot water for showering and when we let reception know they were aware but at no point had we been notified. Having cold showers in a venue of this kind was very disappointing and we were offered an apology for the experience, just informed maintenance were aware. This did leave a negative feeling to our stay as the service as we were leaving was so poor.
Breakfast was buffet style and had good choices.
Toiletries, bathrobes and slippers in the room are a nice touch.
