    The hotel has a nice relaxed vibe, was very welcoming. Our room was in a nice location, easy to get to and had all the facilities we required. Our stay was let down by there being no hot water for showering and when we let reception know they were aware but at no point had we been notified. Having cold showers in a venue of this kind was very disappointing and we were offered an apology for the experience, just informed maintenance were aware. This did leave a negative feeling to our stay as the service as we were leaving was so poor. Breakfast was buffet style and had good choices. Toiletries, bathrobes and slippers in the room are a nice touch.
