We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Parking was convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Bicester Village is about a 10-minute drive away, which was perfect for a full day of shopping with all the top brands. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely come back.

Excellent experience to stay at this historic hotel, Decent Room with top class facilities,fridge in the room was Bonus :) staff were very professional

Disappointing for myself, I would have liked an English cooked breakfast. However, my wife prefers a continental breakfast but would have liked marmalade to go on her toast.
Our room was spacious with a lovely large comfortable bed and beautiful soft towels. However, the decor was “tired” and the furniture was shabby. The lighting could have been better. The bathroom was comparatively modern but the taps were old and kept dripping.

It was a nice and peaceful sleep in a nice quiet area.
It could really do with some money spending on it , maybe a lick of paint and some new carpet would be good. Then I’d happily pay that money for it . Some up to daye tvs as well
