Lovely hotel and we hope to return to prove that the unfortunate blips on our first stay were a one off
Beautiful hotel with lovely bar and restaurant. Room was nicely decorated. Great breakfast.
Not a great night’s sleep - we were on 2nd floor and were woken by couple arguing at the front of the property at 2.30am and a car alarm going off about an hour later. We appreciate that this was unlucky on both counts but still not great when we were only there for one night and had a big drive home the next day.

The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and staff always helpful.
We had a very comfortable king size bed in a large accessible room. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
The room was cold on arrival and took a while to warm up. There was a fault with the shower, but it was fixed quickly.

Stay was lovely, staff were lovely, didn’t like the racist vibes from the other customers!
It was almost as nice as the Voco Monaco by IHG resort in Dubai.

Very quiet location with very friendly and helpful staffs that made your stay a very worthwhile one
The breakfast was very good and as a vegetarian there were many options to choose from. The location was ok but just having to cross the main road was a bit tricky
The lift was a bit small, the sliding door in the shower did not close completely

The check in was excellent - Carly on reception was super helpful and efficient. we checking in early as the room was ready - which meant that we didn't have to check in after coming back from seeing Miss Saigon
