We arrived late at night as we were late for our scheduled check-in time, but the owner of the room was very kind and took care of us immediately. The room was clean, warm and a very comfortable bed. There were several supermarkets and restaurants nearby which was convenient. There was a bus stop in about 5 minutes on foot, and access to the center was good. We would like to use them again when we come to Rome again.

Room and bathroom was great. Overall it was good.
Receptionist couldn't speak English. Therefore check-in was very inconvenient. It looked like he was doing it for the first.

Friendly hosts, no English on the phone, but in Whatsapp, so that worked out fine. The blue room was nice.
The bathroom is outside the room. This we knew, but only because we read other reviews. It should be stated from the hotel to avoid negatively surprised guest. There should be a microwave in the kitchen, and some forks/knives etc so you could warm and eat a simple meal.
