Easy to find. Room was good for an overnight stay. Linen was clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was for the students. Expresso machine was not that great we could not make a cappuccino We were looking forward for a cappuccino as we had a early morning. The floor in our room was dusty and I was so happy I brought a disenfected wipes as the seat needed to be cleaned

spacious & clean room, luggage storage, close to bus stop, metro station & supermarket, quiet neighborhood, airport transfer, my daughter left her wallet the staff is very helpfull and assist to arrange send it to her.
air cond not in operation, according to the front desk it is government regulation which is not stated in the booking facilities, policies or any where, hard to find food nearby.

The biggest advantage of accommodation is the low cost. Furthermore it is close to a train station, so despite being far from tourist attractions you can use public transport.
The room was not very clean and there was old rubbish in the bathroom. The bathroom drain was unable to drain water from the shower, which ended up flooding the bathroom. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The temperature control was not working, which made it impossible to adjust the room temperature. Breakfast without many fruit options and the menu was very repetitive.
