spacious & clean room, luggage storage, close to bus stop, metro station & supermarket, quiet neighborhood, airport transfer, my daughter left her wallet the staff is very helpfull and assist to arrange send it to her.
air cond not in operation, according to the front desk it is government regulation which is not stated in the booking facilities, policies or any where, hard to find food nearby.

The area is outside the city center, but the metro stop is only a few minutes away, so we could easily go into the city. The breakfast was okay, but for stays longer than 4 days it might get boring, because it is almost the same every day and there is not a very big selection. Overall, it was very good value for money.
Maybe the breakfast could have been more varied, but otherwise it was fine.

The biggest advantage of accommodation is the low cost. Furthermore it is close to a train station, so despite being far from tourist attractions you can use public transport.
The room was not very clean and there was old rubbish in the bathroom.
The bathroom drain was unable to drain water from the shower, which ended up flooding the bathroom.
The bathroom exhaust fan did not work.
The temperature control was not working, which made it impossible to adjust the room temperature.
Breakfast without many fruit options and the menu was very repetitive.
