Breakfast was 10/10. The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished and painted. The view from the 8th floor was great. The transportation near the place was a very punctual bus to the nearest train station (Ponte Mammolo). Mrs. Mascia was an excellent host!
We could hear the tenants next door if they were talking loudly. In general the sound-proofing of the rooms wasn't ideal but it's just a small detail - the visit was overall splendid and I would recommend Rogiual to anyone.

Bright and breezy. Excellent shower. A fridge in the room and a colourful castle lamp. Plenty of buses and metro options to get around.

Rooms were just fine, nothing special. Bathroom also. Clean rooms in normal flat far away from city center.
Nothing to do in this area, in the end I think it's good to pay more and stay somewhere closer to the city center than travelling almost hour one way. Boring breakfast - the same market jam, honey and cakes everyday. Owner talks a bit English, but person who cares about cleaning and breakfast is not speaking English at all so it was difficult to get know anything. Also u have to remember about paying city tax not included in price, sadly only by cash.
