No fueron claros a la hora de explicar donde dejar las llaves cuando nos íbamos y tardaron en hacer el check in

La ubicación es muy buena, enfrente del subte y con facilidad para acceder a colectivos tmb...muy prolijo y limpio el depto; amplio, bien distribuido y con todas las comodidades para sentir q no le falta nada.-

No funcionaban correctamente los controles remotos (tv y cable)...solo eso, se podían usar pero con paciencia e intercambiando las pilas entre sí.

The apartment looks like the photos, it´s simple, not styled place at all but for the location in Ipanema it was priced well out of the options available at the time. Its a good place to sleep, and then go out and enjoy the city. The bed and pillows were decent, I slept well. The metro is right outside and the supermarket a block away. It is on a busy street with nice restaurants but at night you are not affected by noise, I slept well. There is a lovely doorman who is there during the day. It is 5min from Aussie cafe. Internet worked great! Pineapples which is the company they use to manage the property were very responsive before I arrived, they organized a late checkin which i paid Rs100 and then promptly refunded it when I didn´t need it after all, which I appreciated! The Pineapples rep came to meet me at the property to let me in and showed me around.

Its not a place to work from home, its a bit dark in there and no proper desk so you will and you wouldn't open the windows for air because of the city outside. The biggest disappointment was the equipment and tools in the kitchen, the pots, cutlery and the tools were VERY old. This is a shame because it doesn't cost much to update these items that it makes the experience --only one very old small saucepan and one frying pan that fries one egg.... needless to say my plan of really cooking at home during my stay was not possible...I had to eat out all the time. Secondly, the cleanliness of the place - it didn't have a good fresh clean smell when I walked in, and the bathrooms should have a better standard of cleanliness..looks like it was given a wipe not a proper scrub. I rewashed all the things in the kitchen before using. And a few days later found random hair in a drawer, and on the side table. I asked Pineapples on arrival about the pots and the clean smell, but they all they said is that is what it is...
