I truly appreciate the hospitality during my stay. I had some issues with my flight, and Mart was incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting me. The location is fantastic—very well situated, close to metro stations, the beach, restaurants,and grocery stores. Even though I could see a favela from my window, it felt safe. The doorman, secure keys, and overall security of the building gave me peace of mind. The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

O apartamento é conforme as fotos. Fiquei muito feliz com a estadia, o conforto da cama, a limpeza e espaço da acomodação. A localização é ótima, ao lado da estação de metrô e vários restaurantes nos arredores. Cheguei um pouco mais cedo do que o horário do check in e pude entrar antes do horário previsto

Limpeza, localização e o porteiro muito educado. Nesses pontos foi excelente! Cama confortável, chuveiro bom e ar condicionado bom!
No meu 2º dia de hospedagem, me deparei com outro hóspede acessando p meu quarto! Tomei um susto, pois ele teve acesso a minhas instalações com a senha da fechadura eletrônica da porta principal e as chaves do quarto. Depois de reclamar com o proprietário, fui informado que o apartamento era duplex, e outro hóspede entraria na parte superior do imóvel! Por sorte eu estava acordado, mas minha esposa estava dormindo, mas poderíamos ter sido acordados por esse desconhecido. Pensem no susto e no incoveniente que tive na hora!
