Premium location but underwhelming facilities.

Location, location, location. We were between two great beaches and plenty of interesting stuff in between. Excellent food and great service at the local restaurants. Fantastic coffee and pastries that should come with a health warning. They were so good. The ladies enjoyed the shopping that was in easy walking distance from the apartment. We spent nine nights in Rio, and the time went very quickly. We did not, at any time, feel concerned about our safety, and the people in the streets were friendly. A good-sized TV, a great stove, and well-equipped kitchen facilities, if you enjoy cooking. Good internet connection.

The noise from the road was intrusive, and although the windows had shutters, the sound was not moderated by them. The situation could be improved with curtains that moderate outside noise and bright lights. The quality of the bed linen could be improved, as with the towelling, but what we had was adequate, not luxurious. One pillowcase was so worn that it developed a tear during our stay. The couch was uncomfortable; there was no coffee table. A tap dripped in the bathroom, and a small water leak was present from the shower. The apartment could do with a makeover.

Amazing apartment, very well located with everything included in a safe neighborhoods

Apartment has everything you need : AC, washing machine.. pictures are 100% accurate. Location is Amazing! 8’ walk to both Ipanema or Copacabana beach in a Super safe neighborhood! Host was super flexible for check in/out and did his best for us to maximize our time there without any stress. He was super responsive and speaks English. Last but not least Edvaldo - the property manager on site - is super nice and helpful!

La posizione é perfetta, centrale. L’appartamento è molto grande, in una zona residenziale. L’host è gentilissimo, una bravissima persona. Ci hanno dato anche la possibilità di entrare in casa già alle 8.00 del mattino gratuitamente visto che il volo era arrivato a Rio alle 7.00. Dovessi tornare a Rio, soggiornerei qui

Ótimo apartamento.

O apto é incrível. Além de excelente localização, super perto do metrô, da praia e do comércio em geral, achei a limpeza impecável. O Diogo nos atendeu super bem, orientou de como pegar a chave e foi muito gentil e educado conosco. Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos. Com certeza, eu volto a me hospedar.

Apenas o sofá que é pequeno. Estávamos em três pessoas e não conseguíamos ficar juntas pra ver TV. E a cama do quarto sem TV é um pouquinho dura, mas para poucas noites não incomoda tanto. A cama do outro quarto com TV era melhor, então a gente revezava.

El lugar es amplio y limpio , el señor edvaldo y Diego con el que hicimos el contrato son muy amables y serviciales . Definitivamente recomiendo quedarse en el departamento , está a 3 cuadras de la playa Copacabana y a 4 aproximadamente de Ipanema . Con respecto al dpto está bien conservado , camas cómodas , baños limpios , cocina limpia y los electrodomésticos funcionan bien .

Melhor apto no Rio

Tudo perfeito, atendimento no prédio muito eficiente, disposição dos administradores em sempre ajudar em tudo, o apto é super bem localizado, próximo do metrô, da praia, de tudo. Uma excelente experiência, espero ficar aqui em nossa próxima viagem ao Rio.
