About this cottage rental
This unique accommodation can comfortably accommodates up to 2+2 guests in Villa with ensuite bathroom. The Cottage rented for short/medium periods and every space both inside and outside is for private and exclusive use. Usage of Jacuzzi Ofuro Hot Tub + clothes for bedrooms and bathrooms + everything needed for cooking and dining (except food) ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE . The Cottage is a typical country house in the Marche style rebuilt with modern technologies in 2008 (energy class A1) respecting the original architecture of 1890. The layout of the interior spaces is functional for 2+2 guests and it is fine for a couple. The spaces are divided between the ground floor and the 1st floor.
The 1st floor have the Suite Ofuro with 1 King bed with ensuite bathroom and Spa area with external traditional Japanese Ofuro Hot Bath Tub and Sauna.
Ground floor with the beautiful and comfortable Veranda, open in summer, closed and heated in winter, which represents the heart of the Country House. In Veranda guests can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also relax while admiring the beautiful landscape that runs up to the high mountains of the Apennines. In the ground floor is the open kitchen and the living room served by a service bathroom. Guests also have ample storage available. In the private garden, a large swimming pool enriches the spirit and the day of all the occupants of the House. This typical Marche country home is located at the top of the hill called "Del Sole" and enjoys a great panoramic effect. The airport is 28 km away. The beaches of the Conero Riviera are at 30 km and the mountains at 24 km. The main attractions such as the water park and the adventure park are within easy reach and the medieval atmosphere is found in Gubbio, Assisi, San Marino. Jesi, Senigallia and Ancona are very close to offering any type of activity for young people and adults. From this Cottage it is possible to reach shopping centers and many cultural sites. People call Villa Sole the "perfect place for families who want a relaxing holiday", but VILLA FOR 2 JACUZZI POOL SPA is also fantastic for a short weekend.
