The apartment 4 is 50 square meters, is located on the ground floor and has 1 large bedroom, shower room and kitchen with a small sofa, dining table, 4 chairs and dishwasher. A small children's room with bunk bed is from the master bedroom. Directly in front of the door is the seat with 4 chairs, a table and umbrella. Before the bedroom is another seat with the appropriate summer furniture and a large parasol. So you can have breakfast in the sun, as well as enjoy the sun in the evening in the other direction. This apartment is very romantic It has a magical four poster bed. If required, a cot and a highchair is available. Here is a family with 2 children comfortably place. Take a look at the photos again. For those who really want to bring the laptop, there is now a W-Lan connection available.

Casa Montale
All apartments are offered with individual towel change as well as individual bed linen change and self-catering. The property has been lovingly restored in recent years, the garden newly created. The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail, partly with antique furniture. To the spacious pool (10 m x 5 m) belongs an extra children's wading pool.
The house is located on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in a unique panoramic position. All shops and various restaurants are located about 4 km away in a picturesque village. The kilometer-long sandy beach is 22 km away. There is ample parking for your car.
For guests there are several barbecues, wood for campfires and a washing machine available. The kids can romp on the playground, slide and climb and swing. The new large garden trampoline inspires young and old as well as the beautiful tree house! Right next door you can sit on a small terrace and admire his offspring while jumping or prove his fitness with the new table tennis table.
New in 2017: If you are interested, you can do aqua-gymnastics and yoga under expert guidance. Also, if necessary, a hairdresser in the house. So you can really spoil yourself and there are no wishes open.
Since only a maximum of 22 people can live in the resort, absolute Erhohlung is guaranteed even in the high season.

DIe längere Anfahrt zur Wohnanlage lohnte sich jedes Mal.. der Rundumblick ist wirklich grandios. Man hat die Möglichkeit verschiedene Ausblicke zu geniessen. Die Anlage hat dafür an jeder Stelle Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten das Glück zeitgleich mit 4 anderen, deutschen Familien anzureisen. Unsere Söhne waren im Glück, da zeitgleich sehr viele andere Jungs im gleichen Alter da waren. Das Trampolin und der grosse Pool waren der ' Renner '. Die Vermieterin ist vor Ort und hilft bei jeder Frage gerne weiter. Die beiden Terassen sind bei der Wohnung Cantina toll. So hatte man immer die Möglichkeit im Schatten zu sitzen. Noch zu erwähnen sind die Gartenkräuterbeete, an denen sich alle Urlauber bedienen können. Tolle Idee!!!
Es gibt noch vieles zu schreiben .., aber das wichtigste bleibt, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und uns sehr gerne an unseren Urlaub im Casa Montale zurück erinnern.

# Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern: Spielplatz, Pool, Abends Lagerfeuer, viel Auslauf und (!) man muss keine Angst vor Autos haben.
# Prima Küche mit großem Kühlschrank
# Tolle Sitzecke mit Pergola ( war also für alle Mahlzeiten beschattet) und Sicht in die wunderschöne Hügellandschaft.
# Die Wohnung und besonders die Anlage waren in einem echt guten Zustand. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt.
# Die Vermieterin hat alle offenen Fragen vor dem Urlaub sehr schnell beantwortet. Das war echt super und wir hatten gleich ein gutes Gefühl.
# Im Urlaub hat die Vermieterin uns eher in Ruhe gelassen. Sie wohnt oberhalb der Anlage aber man konnte Sie zur Not immer erreichen.
# Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und wollen in den nächsten Jahren wieder kommen.

wie beim ersten Urlaub im vergangenem Jahr, haben wir auch dieses Jahr einen tolle Woche erlebt . Unsere Wohnung war genau so schön und sauber wie die im letzten Jahr. Ausstattung und Lage waren genau so wie beschrieben .
Unsere Vermieterin ist eine Seele von Mensch . Wir ( meine Kinder u ich ) haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. wenn man die Ruhe liebt und total entspannen möchte , ist das genau das richtige .Hier kann man die Seele einfach mal baumeln lassen . Es gibt einige tolle Restaurants in der Nähe ,die aber auch von unserer Vermieterin in einem Heft gut beschrieben wurden . Wir werden immer wieder gerne unseren Urlaub dort verbringen :) :)
und freuen uns heute schon darauf .
