About this apartment rental
The house is located on a hill at the end of a cul-de-sac in a unique panoramic position. All shops and various restaurants are located about 4 km away in a picturesque village. The kilometer-long sandy beach is 22 km away. There is ample parking for your car.
For guests there are several barbecues, wood for campfires and a washing machine available. The kids can romp on the playground, slide and climb and swing. The new large garden trampoline inspires young and old as well as the beautiful tree house! Right next door you can sit on a small terrace and admire his offspring while jumping or prove his fitness with the new table tennis table.
The property has been lovingly restored in recent years, the garden newly created. The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail, partly with antique furniture. To the spacious pool (10 m x 5 m) belongs an extra children's wading pool. All apartments are offered with individual towel change as well as individual bed linen change and self-catering
New in 2017: If you are interested, you can do aqua-gymnastics and yoga under expert guidance. Also, if necessary, a barber comes into the house. So you can let yourself be pampered and nothing to be desired.
Since only a maximum of 22 people can live in the resort, absolute Erhohlung is guaranteed even in the high season.
Seasons: Make the most of the wonderful spring time in May and June. The sun makes the days a pure pleasure and at night you can sleep restful. In June, millions of fireflies roam the hill, enchanting the entire area.
In late summer, then from mid-September, the nature changes again, the leaves turn blood red and yellow, the sun is no longer burning from the sky and the view into the distance creates peace and quiet.
In the pre - and post season, I also offer you significant discounts, so that the holiday cashier also gives some restaurant visits. In addition, you can order a rich breakfast if you want to enjoy even more luxury.
Special features: In front of the main house there are two large, raised raised beds. Here, guests will find all manner of herbs for their Mediterranean cuisine. Everyone should and can serve themselves to their hearts content and season the daily, crisp salad with absolutely pestizietfreien herbs.

We have enjoyed a perfect holiday in Casa Montala with our two children of 1 and 3 years old. A lovely appartment in a beautiful environment. There was a really nice playground for small and big kids, the treehouse was favorite. Playing in the smaller pool (there is also a big one) was also a big hit for our kids.
The hostess has given us a lot of tips for activities in the environment and could provide us with all kind of local products. We also loved the environment because it was not too touristic, but there are plenty of different kinds of activities (such as citytrips, beach, markets, shopping - great factory outlets).
We would love to come back!

Casa Montale – ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort, um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Gerne waren wir ein zweites Mal hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Unsere Kinder (4 und 8 Jahre) hatten immer Spielkameraden und wir neben sehr nettem Familienanschluss auch wirklich netten Kontakt zu anderen Familien.
Liebevoll gestaltete Neuerungen wie z. B. der neue Sonnenschutz am Pool oder die aufgegriffene Idee zum „stillen Örtchen“ machen einen neugierig auf das nächste Jahr.
Die neu gestaltete Zisterne läuft als Erholungs- aber auch als Grill- und Partyplatz der Feuerstelle definitiv den Rang ab.
Und als Ausflugsziele immer zu empfehlen: die Grotten von Frasassi und der wunderschöne Strand in Senigallia.
Wenn man denn weg möchte von diesem schönen Hügel …
Urlaub im Land der Sonnenblumen, uns gefällt es (immer wieder).
