Disappointing
Location was close and suitable to our event.
The house is not to a clean standard. Certain areas of the house are in significant disrepair. The guide states a high standard of accommodation and this is not the case. The downstairs toilet is extremely dusty. The shower cubicle in the top main large bedroom is not in good state. The beds were not comfortable. Not enough sofa seating area for the amount of people in the house.

Loved our stay at Perry house! We were a group of 8 friends who meet up every few years as we all live in different parts of England and Australia. The house is the perfect size, comfy beds and lovely neighbourhood. Only 15 mins from the city but you can see the stunning rolling countryside out the back.
Only issue we had was the garbage bin was already full when we got there.

Simple joining instructions and directions . Comfy beds .Free .parking . Carpet and flooring in vgc . Plenty of crockery. Bathrooms great. Peaceful despite train line running immediately behind the property.
Kitchen ceiling from a previous leak needs repairing Outdoor furniture could be improved .
