Apartment Kastanienallee:
The apartment "Kastanienallee" has on 75 sqm 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with dining area. All rooms are equipped with solid wood furniture and furnished with love and style. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds, in the event that 2 more people are to be accommodated. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating. From our loggia (south view) you have a wonderful view of natural fields and forests as well as the course of our donkey stream with free-roaming ducks. If you do not feel like cooking, our restaurant is just a 1-minute walk away.
Surrounded by forests is Greimerath, a tranquil place in the high forest. In the middle you will find our restaurant "Greimerather Forst" and our new guesthouse "Greirmerather Forst". In a refurbished house we have 4 apartments in the spirit of our name - with lots of wood - created for you. All apartments have a balcony (south view) with garden furniture and views of forest and nature. The solid wood furniture gives the rooms a unique feel-good atmosphere. For hiking and cycling you live here optimally, right at the entrance to the dream loop Greimerather Höhenweg and only 400m from the bike path, which leads directly to the Ruwer-Hochwald bike path. From Greimerath you can also explore the area. Trips to Saarburg, Trier (Germany's oldest city with a beautiful cathedral) or to the nearby Losheimer reservoir are very worthwhile. The Saarschleife in Mettlach invites, as well as numerous Saar and Moselle winemakers, to linger. But also international cities like Luxembourg or Strasbourg can be reached in 1-2 hours.
