Das Badezimmer hätte besser sein können. Eine Kaffemaschine wäre gut gewesen.Vielleicht beim einzug eine Flasche Wasser.

The location was for car parking and the centre area. Decorated in Nice Sicilian style. Spacious room with extra furniture.

Some issues with check-in as room not ready but this was quickly sorted out and we understood the how the situation occurred. Breakfast wasn't great.

The location was very good. Also, it is a nice and cosy studio.

A breakfast was offered, however this meant individually packed breads / cakes provided at arrival. I would not categorize this as breakfast included. Additionally, the shower mount needs a fix. Lastly, a b&b is located next door. We experienced the guests can be quite loud during the night sitting in front of the b&b.

location is great, the AC worked, the kitchen is decent, the bed was cheap & bouncy but ok.

Check-in - the listing said check-in is possible between 1pm-8pm. On the day of our flight I received a text at 5AM saying “we’d like to remind you that between 3pm-6:30pm we don’t do check-in” (translated). Instead we were offered to spend time at the owner’s restaurant with a 20% discount. As we were aiming to arrive at 3pm, I attempted to resolve this and contacted the owner in multiple channels. He did not bother to respond. So we waited for three and a half hours, spending unnecessary money to be able to sit down, use the bathroom etc. We arrived at an entirely empty restaurant next to the flat and did the check in at 6:30pm. It’s clearly a clever tactic to help out his second business and I do not appreciate that at all. The owner did not address the unanswered questions during check in and overall seemed mostly interested in not having to deal with us. A very bad check in experience compared to our other stays. Cleanliness - the place was absolutely not clean. All the dishes & utensils were disgusting and there was a lot of dust & mess on the floor. Bedsheets were OK.
