Very enjoyable.

Very charming, clean, nicely decorated, quiet, close to train station.

Check in at 4:00 instead of 3:00 (more normal) was inconvenient. Then I felt rushed to leave by 11:00 — cleaning staff tried to make me leave even earlier.

Perfection

The apartment was clean, tidy, good amenities and in an excellent location. Communication was exceptional with the owner. Nothing was to much trouble and we really enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet at night so we got plenty of rest. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay here again should I return to Rennes.

great place to stay in Rennes

Love the vibe of the place, even the entrance is nicely decorated and looks very inviting. Very good location close to the train station, although it's a bit of a walk to old town, but that's okay. The apartment is small but very clean and functional, very suitable for two nights.

The pillows on the bed were a little small for our old shoulders, but everything else was great.

View onto a car park that lit up throughout the night when cars came and went and a few vagrants near the entrance each day. No air conditioning or fan in the height of summer. We requested one but it didn’t arrive until the night before we checked out. Very basic kitchen. Carpet not so clean. Everything automated so no customer service. A bit of a walk into the center.

Convenient Stay in Rennes

The location was perfect, very close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk into town. The apartment itself was comfortable and very clean. There are storage lockers on site which was helpful since we arrived before check in time, although they are very small and difficult to fit suitcases in.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Very nice and practical stay

very clean rooms, very cosy and nice. The appartement is very closed to the train station so it is very practical. The city center is 15 min walking distance.

I called the hotel to know if it was possible to leave the luggage at the reception, they told me it was possible but they did not precise that it was in lockers. There is no reception so if all the lockers are used, and it's what happened you need to find another location for your luggage.

Pleasant stay in Rennes

Really good location, close to the train station and walking distance to city centre. The room was small, but clean and nice for a short stay. It was easy check-in and the use of the entrance code was really convenient. The managing team was very friendly and helpful, checked in a couple of times to ask if everything was fine.

We had some difficulties with the payment of the reservation (didn't work from Romanian IP :( ), but finally we managed to pay. However, the managing team was very helpful and really tried to help to solve the situation, offered other solution than the initial one through the payment link.

Truly comfortable

Extraordinary, totally figured out property. Compact efficient kitchenette, super comfortable bed,outlets and shelves where one needs them. Pleasant calming decor, super quiet. pleasant well designed bathroom with immediate hot water, shower one of the best on our trip. And just 3-5 minute walk to the train. Valerie our host was amazing. We will likely stay here again; highly recommend.

Rooms in refurbished old building.

Located in a quiet street, close to the railway station and not far from the city centre. Plenty of good restaurants nearby or with a 15-minutes walk. Rooms are inside an old 3-storey building recently restored and refurbished, with a small garden to hang out in nice weather. Rooms are small (little space for luggage) but well equipped: comfortable bed, individual heating, tiny kitchen, and small bathroom. You may order breakfast for delivery in your room or simply walk around where there are plenty of good places to have breakfast or a meal. Free WiFi works well. Even if check-in and check-out are automatic (you receive a code for door access) in case of need you can contact real people that will help (for me, it was the need to leave luggage in a safe place until late in the evening).

Not a negative point for me, but note that there is no lift and the staircase to the upper floors is a spiral one, so if you travel with heavy luggage or have problems climbing stairs, then ask for a room on the ground floor.

The hosts pay a lot of attention to the cleanness of the facility, everything was looking perfect. The room is also equipped with all the needed facilities.

The only inconvenience is that the windows open towards the inside garden so everyone that passes can see in the room if the blinds are not closed. In summer the room might also get a bit to warm.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Instructions were perfect. Loved the hotel. Close to the station. Near restaurants and a reasonable walk to the city centre. Liked the outdoor sitting area for smoking.

No fuss apartment near Rennes train station perfect for a city trip

Very good location, well equipped in room kitchen (I could actually make an omlette breakfast), building with a character

A double bed with one duvet only is a guarantee for an unpleasant sleep. Also, plants in the balcony were made out of plastic which is bellow the level of the place

Great location, clean, hassle free check in/check out.

The parking entrance is a bit narrow for a lot of cars but if you are renting a car from the train station you can probably park it overnight for free at the rental parking, just ask them. Another option is to use the paid parking at the train station, rates are not too bad if you park during the night (and leave early next morning).
