It was very convenient to the train station but in a quiet street. It was very warm that I could actually sleep with an open patio door. They even had cold bottles of water in the refrigerator waiting for you. Excellent communication from the staff as well.
Not really anything I can think of comparing to a disappointing appart-hotel stay in Paris.

The lady who was on hand and maintained the rooms w as very helpful
The lock on my room door ( room 20) did not work.
