About this house rental
Beachside with a 100 yd walk to private beach. Unobstructed view of bay with spectacular sunsets. Redesigned to accommodate multi-families. This large, four story duplex has flat screen TVs in every room. Master suite w/King size bed and 2 Queen bed rooms. Third floor with master suite bedroom that has 2 bunk beds w/trundles and entertainment area w/large flat screen Internet accessible TV and a balcony looking out directly over the Bay.
Close to the Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks/restaurants/shops and overlooking the bay and right next the Delaware State Seashore Park.
Modern kitchen w/granite counter tops. Large family room with hardwood floor. Decks front and back on every level. Outdoor enclosed shower.

This home accommodated our three generation family very well. The upstair's suit was perfect for our gaggle of kids! Its location is walkable to the beach and it also has a pretty view of the bay. :) (It is right beside Hwy 1, which is a bit noisy.) Overall I would recommend this property!

The property was very spacious and accommodated 9 adults and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay but the property was not cleaned before our arrival. Sofa bed was dirty. As was the floor. Vents on the wall are black and full of dirt. Also the property is right on the coastal hwy so if you are looking for a good nights sleep it won’t happen. It sounds like you are sleeping on the hwy. Apart from the property’s location and cleanliness, overall we had a good time
