About this house rental
Beachside with a 100 yd walk to private beach. Unobstructed view of bay with spectacular sunsets. Redesigned to accommodate multi-families. This large, four story duplex has flat screen TVs in every room. Master suite w/King size bed and 2 Queen bed rooms. Third floor with master suite bedroom that has 2 bunk beds w/trundles and entertainment area w/large flat screen TV w/DVD entertainment system and a balcony looking out directly over the Bay.
Close to the Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks/restaurants/shops and overlooking the bay and right next the Delaware State Seashore Park.
Modern kitchen w/granite counter tops. Large family room with hardwood floor. Decks front and back on every level. Outdoor enclosed shower.

This property was really nice! We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the spacious, open living areas and cleanliness of the house. Beds were very comfortable and the pantry area allowed ample space to store items. Property management was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property and area for a great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed the condo. It was well appointed , a great location and beautifully decorated. There was so much room for our family of 12. The couple of times we contacted the owner their response was immediate. We had a great time!!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house is large, open and very comfortable. Very well appointed. The second fridge was a nice surprise! We love the neighborhood (have been staying in two other houses for 30 years). Thank you for a wonderful week in your house!

My standards are high but this property was a disappointment. Mattress covers and bed coverings had blood and food stains and required washing. Washer and dryer needed sand cleaned out of them. Didn't want to sit on the couches due to stains and filth. Propane tank for gas grill was inoperable but was replaced the next day. However, you expect to be able to cook when you pay high prices. Upper balcony had a picket missing which is a safety hazard for children. Several vertical blinds were missing letting in sunlight at sunrise and the rod in one room fell off when we opened the blinds. Outdoor shower filled with debris and placement of hose caused sand to be tracked in the house. Carpet on steps was very dirty. Had to buy a pan for cooking as pans were not in good shape. Spent valuable vacation time cleaning and being frustrated. Owner did send maintenance after contacted but he was over and hour later than we were told. Maintenance did have to clean clogged tub and sink drains. It is a beach house, but this property was very disappointing for the cost.
