I love the Park Sempione area! You can walk everywhere other than the airports. The apartment is spacious and clean with a nice balcony and Kitchen. There is a grocery store across the street and you are surrounded by nature within the complex and restaurants outside of the gates. The Arch is around the corner. The Duomo is a 30 minute walk and Chinatown is 15 minutes away.

The only negative, and this may be my fault for misunderstanding, is that they charge extra to use the sofa bed when there are 2 people. This may be common in Europe.

Beautiful apartment and balcony, super comfy beds and everything you could need. 10 min walk from metro which is 6 mins from Milan central. I was travelling with my mum and was great to feel like we had our own spaces to chill. We did wait about 15/20 mins to meet the person with the keys and to pay the city tax, if travelling late at night or alone would be worth ensuring they know arrival times to prevent this, we arrived right on check in time so no big deal for us. I would definitely stay again if back in Milan. Thanks
