Come prepared with snacks and maybe something to eat. It is what it is, a cheap transit.

Pick up and drop off at the airport was excellent. There is a nice 20 minute walk to the lake nearby where everyone fishes for trout. It felt like you were out in the country but only 15 minutes from the airport. Very quiet at night. Didn't do the breakfast as we were out before 7 when breakfast begins.

Felt remote and if you didn't have a car there is nowhere else to eat but the restaurant which was only ok with a very limited menu.

Hotel???? Near Milan airport

I didn't really like anything about it, it certainly wasn't what I expected. The man on the reception was extremely rude, they should probably polish up on their English speaking. It was miles away from anywhere. The restaurant was non descriptive very poor selection. The accommodation was very basic. If they email a customer perhaps they should give clearer instructions to where the pick up is. I didn't like it at all

Good, not great.

Early check-in, airport shuttle and breakfast were appreciated. It’s a lovely environment with farm animals and a nice walk nearby.

There was no response to messages to organise the shuttle pick up. We were lucky it happened to arrive to drop people off. The pillow was incredibly uncomfortable making sleep difficult.

Great for an overnight near Malpensa

Beautiful, surrounded by trees, property 15 mins away from Milan Malpensa airport. Convenient for an overnight. There is a trail nearby to go walking.

Breakfast is served only from 7am and we had to leave earlier for our flight. The shuttle service is free but managed by the next door long term parking and I was given incorrect information regarding where the pickup spot was going to be. We had a person with reduced mobility in our group and they were quite rude when I asked if they could pick us up closer to the door (which was what we expected based on what we were told by the the hotel staff the previous day) instead of making us walk in the rain.

A/C not working in all rooms. Ants in some rooms. Airport pick-up process needs improvement. The current process, is to call for pick-up when you arrive at airport. Problem is, they tell you to wait at a specific location (T1 or T2). But, when the taxi/van arrives, other passengers just jump in front of you, screaming something in Italian, and get in the van. Net result - you are left waiting, and have to call again - and the process just repeats. There should be some way, when you ring for pick-up, that you get a reference number, and when the van arrives at the airport, it only collects those passengers with that reference !!

Breakfast was small and poor. Walls were so thin-couple next door was violently arguing and it was bad enough to think about the police. Impossible to find in the dark with GPS sending us to a different part of town and no one out at 8pm in the rain to help us.

Rooms are small and the breakfast is stingy. A set breakfast of 1 per each very limited items. Only a sweet breakfast, all items were full of sugar. No healthy choices and no protein on offer. No additional items available without paying extra, not even a second cup of coffee!

Great and quiet place. The free shuttle service from and to Malpensa airport is reliable and fast. The room had everything.

Breakfast a little basic, no cheese or salami or ham. Coffee was weak and only got one cup.

There are no signs indicating where the reception is. There is also no lift in the main building with the rooms. The bathroom light was also broken.

The flexibility. We had a cancellation of the flight and they showed extreme flexibility! Super good to have the possibility to sleep and to leave the car.

Fun convenient place for the airport

Clean, convenient. I liked the farm and food was great.

I couldn’t figure out how to turn on ac. And I was too tired to go to the receptionist with it - who was in the different building. Also shower was working strangely. Smth wrong was with the pressure: it kept changing.

Room, bedclothing and towels were clean. Kind girl from reception helped us with adaptor to their italian electric point. Only for one night between the flights.

Breakfast is bad, no sense to pay for it. Transfer wasn't organised well. At eight o'clock in the morning someone from staff was trying to open our room with their key, probably they thought that it was empty already, but it was suddenly and woke us up very loudly. Walls of the rooms were very thin, so we heard all noices from other rooms. No drink water in the room. It was terrible, because we arrived very late and there were no any shops around to buy it.

Excellent stay!

Free shuttle works very well at all hours 24/7. The staff are very nice and helpful. Grounds are beautiful. The room for 4 was huge. Breakfast simple but plenty - just order extra pieces on the first approach. We also got a simple breakfast to go the night before our very early morning flight.

10 minutes from the Malpensa airport. The free shuttle came to pick us up from the airport at midnight without any waiting time. Check in was smooth, and the rooms were comfortable.

Great place, would definitely repeat

The staff is nice (I understand why some people might say that they aren't but hey, they don't speak English and they have all their right to only speak Italian). They are quite serious but they can warm up if you smile at them. Breakfast is included, and the restaurant for dinner is great. Amazing food; if you eat meat, they have one of the best beef. If you arrive during day time, go check the calves and sheep. The room is spacious and comfortable. 12 min to the airport.

I would love to come back and stay longer.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are simple and clean. We had dinner which was great. I took a walk to the barns and saw the cattle. I was so impressed to see the cattle looking healthy with stable temperaments and only 4 animals to a huge (10x20?) clean pen. The owners take pride in their facility and it shows.

The room had very little sound proofing so it was very noisy at 4am when people were getting up and organised/leaving for flights. The restaurant at night was only open for pizza, which was good but would have been nice to have options.
