Ca Dal Lusciàt is on three levels.
On the ground floor, past the entrance, there is a small, versatile and welcoming room, equipped with a wardrobe, a desk and a sofa which, if necessary, can be used both as a single bed and as a double bed. Moreover, from this environment it is possible to reach the internal garden of the house, to which you can also access from the ancient wooden door located in the side street to the house. The passage in the courtyard is shared with another property, while in the private part you will have garden furniture at your disposal, so that you can enjoy an outdoor dinner or the afternoon sun next to our hydrangeas, a typical plant of the area.
On the first floor is the heart of the house, consisting of the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. The living room is furnished with a sofa, an expandable dining table and a satellite TV. The kitchen, which faces the inner courtyard, is fully equipped and equipped with a fridge, oven and gas hob. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a toilet with a built-in bidet, a sink, a towel warmer and towels.
Going up one more floor you reach the main bedroom, set in a high attic with a splendid ceiling in light beams. The room has a double bed with two bedside tables, an armchair that can be opened to become a single bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and sheets at your disposal.
A stay in our house allows you not only to learn more about the ancient trade of the umbrella maker who made this fortune in this valley, but also to enjoy a few relaxing days in a country where time seems to have stopped. Brovello-Carpugnino is a characteristic medieval village with two splendid Romanesque churches lying on the slopes of Mount Mottarone and is therefore the ideal place for those who love nature and tranquility. At the same time, a holiday in Brovello also means being just a few kilometers from some of the most famous places in Northern Piedmont: just 8 km away is Stresa, a beautiful city overlooking Lake Maggiore from which you can easily reach the Borromean Islands ; 20 minutes away by car, instead, you will be in Orta, an enchanting town on the homonymous lake, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy; and in just a few minutes you can reach the other beautiful villages of the Alto Vergante and taste the typical dishes of the area that are divided between polente, mountain tome, meat and lots of lake fish.
