The apartment is located in a fantastic position on the hillside above the lake and the center of Orta San Giulio. In 20 minutes you can walk to the city center. There is more than enough space to sit outside and enjoy the magnificent view, but also to play soccer or volleyball. There is a volleyball court, but it is quite overgrown with weeds. The apartment itself is fine. One bedroom is separated from the other only by a wall that doesn't go all the way to the ceiling, and it doesn't have its own window. It is dark and quite stuffy and you don't get the feeling of real privacy. The beds were comfortable, there is a large living and dining room. There is another separate bedroom, so three bedrooms in total. There is underfloor heating. We found the bathroom very cramped. It is fine for four people. With more it would be difficult. The kitchen is fine, everything works. The equipment was moderate, some things were in multiple, other things that you need regularly for cooking were not available at all. However, you could ask for everything. Overall, it is a prima vacation apartment.

We had a great holiday. Easy check-in/check-out at a nice location and we felt very welcome. Maybe a bit too few coffee-mugs/glasses/plates when you are with more people, but we brought our own. And in the evening, but that's everywhere around the lake, mosquito's, but no probleem of you have enough deet-spray.

At our arrival the flat was very clean. We were enchanted by the view on the lake. There is a terrace where one can have lunch and dinner, being it in the shade. Be careful: there are many mosquitos at night. There is an underground parking with an easy access to the flat. The owner is very friendly and did everything possible to let us enjoy our stay.
