Great place for summer relaxation holiday.
This is great well-equipped villa with huge garden located 30sec walking from a private beach of Maggiore lake. The beauty, the silence and the calm atmosphere of the place makes it a perfect place for summer relaxation holiday.

Exceptional
The owner was very gentil and offered to pick us up at the station. The house is perfect for kids, it has a great big garden, playground and bbq area. We loved it!

A lovely lakeside villa in Italy!
This property is very close to Lake Maggiore. It has a huge, fenced in yard with fruit and nut trees. Wi Fi works great and the house is convenient to a grocery store and several good restaurants. The kitchen is very large and has most everything you'd need. We also loved how pet and kid friendly this property was. The hosts were pleasant and easy to communicate with, without being intrusive. Also, it was very reasonably priced. I'd like to go back and stay again for a longer duration. Three nights wasn't enough time!
We had a slight problem with the gas stove. The pilot light on it no longer works, so you have to use a lighter. My husband ended up buying a torch because he burned himself trying to light the stove with the provided lighters. The shower in the master bedroom is a little tricky at first, though that's not a big deal. There is a small hole somewhere in the fencing, so we did get a visit from the neighbor's adorable Jack Russell. I mention it only because our dogs went a little nuts. But they met the dog and made friends with him.

Omheinde villa voor groot gezin zeer kort bij het meer.
De villa heeft een wondermooie grote tuin en is gelegen op 50 m van het meer. Toegang tot strand gedeeld met slechts enkele buren, Het huis is ruim en ingericht voor een talrijk gezin; alles om te koken aanwezig. Woning zeer geschikt voor ontspannen vakantie met kleine kinderen en huisdier want is volledig omheind. Kwaliteitsvolle supermarkt op loopafstand. Gunstig gelegen nabij het drukkere Stresa. Je kan er makkelijk naartoe en je daarna terugtrekken in het rustige Lesa.
Het weer eind september viel wat tegen dus we zouden graag centrale verwarming opgezet hebben. De display vermeldde echter : do not touch. De sofa en de deuren van de keukenkastjes hebben hun beste tijd gehad en dienen vervangen te worden. De goot aan de woning dient gerepareerd te worden, bij regen gust het water tegen de gevel waardoor de woning vochtig wordt.

Eine traumhafte Woche in Lesa
Das riesige Grundstück war für uns perfekt zum Austoben mit Kindern und Hund. Durch den privaten Seezugang konnte der Hund immer mit zum Wasser. Wenn man sich lieber mal auf einer Strandliege entspannen oder ein SUP ausleihen wollte, war der Strand in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die ruhige Lage haben wir sehr genossen.
Bei hohen Temperaturen ist es im Haus sehr heiß.

Das Haus, das riesige Grundstück, der überdachte Grillplatz, der Supermarkt der fußläufig zu erreichen ist und die Nähe (70m) zum Strand.
Keine Fliegenschutzgitter, kein deutsches Fernsehen, kein zweiter Ventilator.Sehr schön
