Close to Stresa but at a fraction of the price
The pristine cleanness and Roberta’s warm welcome. The apartment is very well equipped with coffee maker, blender, microwave and plentiful cleaning items. The garden is beautifully kept and relaxing.
The adjacent paper factory is a surprise but is soon forgotten since Villa Ombrosa is a little oasis of coolness. The tight hairpin turn in and out of the road leading to the property can be tricky.

Good place to stay for exploring the region
Large 3 room appartment (2 bedrooms) with a kitchen and washing machine. Good location to explore the surroundings of Lago Maggiore and Lago d'Orta. It also has a nice garden to sit in.
The view is blocked by a paper factory. On weekdays, the factory generates some noice from 7:40am.

Mooi appartement in een charmante villa met een mooi onderhouden tuin. Klein keukentje en wasmachine ter beschikking. Appartement was ook steeds koel ondanks oplopende temperaturen buiten. Paola, de gastvrouw, was gemakkelijk te bereiken en zorgde voor een aangenaam verblijf. Eerdere recensies berichten soms negatief over de nabijgelegen papierfabriek. Vanuit het domein is hier echter weinig van te merken, en vanuit het appartement al zeker niet.
