About this apartment rental
Set on one level, the Holiday Apartment Il Borgo is a delightful apartment on the second floor of an elegant period building.
Perfect for couples and families, it is equipped with every comfort you expect in a home.
Ideal for visiting the Valgrande National Park, nature excursions, cyclotrekking, or even just for relaxation.
Located on the heights between the two lakes (Maggiore and Mergozzo), it is a few km from the city of Verbania and is located 40 km from the border with Switzerland.
It has a large double bedroom, a lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, and a double sofa bed, a dining area and kitchenette with full appliances and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The numerous openings on three sides make it very bright and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village of Bieno and the surrounding mountains and forests.
We will be present for check-in and check-out directly at the apartment, but we will remain at your disposal for any need for the duration of your stay.
ATTENTION: In order to comply with the regulations in force, we ask you to always keep your identity documents on hand and present them at the time of check-in!
The car garage is suitable for medium-sized cars (no SUVs / pickups) or 4 motorcycles or bicycles, but public parking spaces are available in the area for more cumbersome vehicles.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist top, es war alles vorhanden, was man gebraucht hat. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Gegend. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Ortskern von Bieno, dass heißt es gibt niedliche kleine Gassen, die typisch italienisch nicht sehr breit sind. Wer ein Auto größer VW Golf hat, hat hier Probleme und kann auch die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen. Hier hat der Vermieter uns Tipps gegeben, wo wir im Ort parken können. Von Bieno aus kann man viel unternehmen. Man ist schnell in den Bergen, hat es aber auch nicht weit zu einer sehr schönen Badestelle am San Bernadino oder an den Lago. Die perfekte Abwechslung.

Wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 kleinen Balkonen. Während unseres Aufenthalts Mitte Oktober ganztägig Sonne. Wohnung ist auch für die kältere Jahreszeit geeignet. Heizung funktioniert wunderbar. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit können wir nur weiter empfehlen

Die ländliche und landschaftliche Idylle wird leider getrübt durch das ausgiebige Glockengeläut von gleich zwei Kirchen - auch durchgängig nachts, nicht nur zur vollen,auch zur halben Stunde.

The Apartment itself was very nice. We like being in the "real" neighborhoods instead of touristy areas.
But, what was not mentioned, is due to a water shortage. The community turns off the water to the village at night!
