Le confort, la propreté, le decor, l équipement, l emplacement. Point central pour des visites.. Réactivité du propriétaire à toute les questions par téléphone ( pas de présence physique).
Manque un parking pour la voiture , se garer le long de ia route + devoir utiliser une application téléphonique pour l ouverture des portes ( entrée et appartement).

L'appartamento è molto carino, accogliente e ben arredato. Il riscaldamento funziona bene. Il letto è comodo. Spazi perfetti per una persona o una coppia.
Purtroppo il segnale del wifi era praticamente inestistente così come i dati del mio operatore telefonico. (Qualche tacca solo con il cellulare appiccicato alla finestra).
Ho avuto qualche problema con la doccia, poca acqua calda e pressione minima.

La ubicación y el apartamento está bien (bonito).
No hay parking ni lugar donde aparcar en los alrededores. No tienes llaves para abrir puertas, es mediante móvil (pero y si no tienes batería o cobertura (que efectivamente no hay cobertura), cómo abres?. El trato con el contacto es desagradable, respondió a una llamada y directamente nos colgó el teléfono. Es un tercer piso, sin ascensor. El colchón y las almohadas, no se puede llamar colchón no almohada. Es una buhardilla y si eres alto, puedes tener problemas, por ejemplo a la hora de (hacer pis,....). En la página dice que tiene lavadora pero no tiene tendedero con lo cual.... De que sirve?
