Apartment Mina

The apartment is perfectly clean, in a great location. The owner is great, kind and helpful. You have everything you need in the apartment. Air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, good WIFI, TV with a large selection of TV programs. Everything is within walking distance. It is peaceful and quiet even though it is in the very center of the city and on a busy street. Absolutely everything is beautiful. You have several safe garages in the area where you can park your vehicle for 2000 dinars per day (about 17 euros). Indeed, staying in this apartment was a very pleasant experience.

1. Excellent location - close to many eateries, sight seeing points and the main pedestrian street, public transport to and from the airport and within the city. 2. Spacious and modern - everything looked very well done including fully dark blinds on the windows. 3. Very tidy and well set up living and kitchen space. 4. Extremely responsive host - she helped with bus and train schedules which are not always in English on the websites. Check in and out was very easy.

1. Gets a bit noisy early morning from the street traffic but that is the trade off for the prime location. Won’t be any different for any other apartment in that part of the city. 2. The bathroom does not have an exhaust/ extractor fan.

Location is excellent, the apt is super clean and, while small, the shower was great. WiFi worked very well and we were given coffee, bottled water and chocolates. Other nice touches include well stocked toiletries and supplies, convenient hooks. Hostess was there to greet us and give tips for the area, and she was immediately available whenever we contacted her. The apt was modern and exactly as described. The price is excellent value for what is provided and it's location.

The 5th floor gave a nice view, but would have been a real drawback if the elevator were on the blink. The bed was a very small double against a wall, so not the easiest to use for one of two people.
