Excellent location but also quietly nestled, I come here for the pool - it has the most amazing views.

Minor issues - sticking doors, 2 key cards for access - but all little things really

Cram too much in one room and double bed was 2 single beds put together

This was good value for money. The room was a little small, but it had a full size refrigerator & freezer and basic cooking facilities. Roof top pool was lovely. Good local feel in the streets walking up to the main road & beach

A bit of building noise got on around (when you were in the pool) but it didn't detract too much. Set back from the beach a fair way - maybe a 10 - 12 minute walk. The bar was advertised as being open til 5pm but was often unattended by 4pm

The location is fantastic. It’s only about a 12 minute walk to Surin Beach and also close to a 7 Eleven(on the way to the beach) with plenty of restaurants, bars, and beach bars nearby which made it really convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is a great place to relax, and the food served on the top floor was reasonably priced and good quality.

Unfortunately, the hotel feels like it needs some maintenance and investment. The pool had quite a few loose or missing tiles, which wasn’t ideal. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in the room — it seemed very old (2011) and really struggled to cool the room down. My wife is pregnant, so this made sleeping quite uncomfortable for us. The showers also weren’t great because there’s no direct hot water system; instead they use individual water heaters that are quite temperamental. There were also some smaller maintenance issues in the room such as a cracked hob, a table top that wasn’t properly fixed to the stand, and stains on the sofa. With some upgrades — especially new AC units and better shower heaters — this hotel could be excellent because the location and facilities have a lot of potential.
