Good property but let down by lack of reception staff. Need to employ more staff. Apartments are great value and well set up but could do with a few more essentials provided like dish cloth, tea towel, hand soap and hand towels.

Most probably property was great when they build. But now it's poorly managed. Starting From check in, it's so confusing since there are 3 companies running this property. No proper communication at all times. Room size is great balcony is good. But paint is old and mosquito are inside the unit And they don't have any spray or mosquito repellent. 7/11 & beach both are nearby but little uphill walk.

A hotel well located in Surin and with a great structure, I highly recommend

We eventually liked staying here but it was a struggle at first. Our first room was really dirty and the AC didn't work so after a long travel day we then had to bring all of our stuff back downstairs to switch rooms. The new one was much cleaner and had two amazing AC units blasting so huge improvement but the internet was down. Took them over 24 hours to get us a technician to fix it and it turned out it was never a technician fix, the main staff had to call the Internet company to turn it on. It was annoying to find out we could have had wifi all along. Now for some that might not be a big deal but my partner needed the wifi for work and we did explain that to the staff the day of, they didn't seem to really care. They also told us the tech would be by at 2pm but he didn't show up till 5. We kind of lost an entire day in Phuket just waiting around. We didn't want to travel too far out in the morning and not be back in time which limited us to just grabbing breakfast. Then by the time they fixed everything my partner had to play serious catch up with work. I will say it had some positives, the bedroom has a door that closes and then curtain that go over it so when I wanted to go to bed early and he still needed the lights on to work we had complete seperation. Which after traveling for four weeks by that point felt like a major luxury. And the pool was beautiful. The set up is a bit weird though. Seems like it's a condominium that couldn't sell all its units so then turned like half of them into a hotel. But it's run by two different people. For example, when we went to check in there were two different women there and the first one we spoke to didn't understand why we were talking to her until the other lady noticed us and stepped in. It wasn't until we had to go back down to switch rooms that we were informed they didn't work together. Another issue we had is that there are no phones and no way to contact reception unless they give you their whats app number. I was actually really disappointed to experience having to rescue some guest. They had been waiting an hour for someone to show up at reception to check in and no one was there. Thankfully they were able to flag me down on my way out to grab a coffee next door and I texted the front desk agent for them. So ya randomly both front desk agents would disappear and you had no way to get in touch with anyone to check in or out. So ya over all it was decent enough and once we got rid of all the issue could appreciate it and how close to he beach we were but I don't think I'd recommend it for more than a few days. Especially since it is on the quieter side of Phuket so there isn't much to do other than a few beaches and beach clubs.
