SU MARI SU 'ENTU - Panoramic Villa with private access to the sea

Recently renovated in full respect of local traditions, villa Su Mari Su 'Entu is immersed in a park of 6,000 square meters of splendid Mediterranean scrub and enjoys a unique panorama over the entire Turri bay.
Following a short private path (50 meters) you reach the sea, with a low cliff easily practicable.
The villa is located in an integral landscape protection area (Site of Community Interest): an oasis of peace and tranquility, far from noise and confusion, where the sound of the sea, the wind and the scent of the bushes reign of the Mediterranean scrub.
Large and welcoming lounge, equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine.
Splendid and large panoramic terrace. Solarium with two beds, area equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower served by hot water, parking spaces covered by pergola.
Suitable for lovers of diving, snorkeling and fishing.
The rent includes consumption, bed linen and towels, beach towels and 50 coffee pods.
The mandatory final cleaning of € 150.00 is NOT included and will be paid in cash at check in.
Upon arrival a security deposit of € 500.00 is required (with signature of the property delivery note) which in the absence of damage will be fully refunded at the end of the lease.
THE BEACHES OF BAIA DI TURRI (100 meters from the villa)
In addition to the easily accessible cliff a few meters from the house, you will have the opportunity to swim in the three beaches of the Turri bay.
The first (looking at the sea to the left of the tower) is a small inlet surrounded by two high cliffs. The beach is mainly composed of sand mixed with medium grains and pebbles. The seabed is sandy and low, the crystal clear sea has a beautiful turquoise color.
The second beach (looking at the sea to the right of the tower) has a bottom made up of dark pebbles and a sandy part. The third beach, which is located immediately after, is the longest and has a beach formed largely by pebbles smoothed by the sea. The is shallow and sandy bottom the water is of a wonderful emerald green and blue color.
All the beaches are sheltered from the mistral wind and in the background there is a dense and wild Mediterranean scrub.
