Located in a panoramic area with sea and mountain views, surrounded by unspoiled nature, it is ideal for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in privacy and in direct contact with nature. The villa offers a well-kept 1,000 sqm garden with many trees and plants, outdoor lighting for the evening, large private parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda and gazebo equipped with sports equipment, as well as free Wi-Fi. The villa is about 2 km from Spiaggia Grande and 5 km from the town of Calasetta. To reach the house, you need to drive about 300 meters on an unpaved road.
