Elegant 130 sqm villa located on the first line of the beautiful Sottotorre beach in Calasetta. An exclusive home on two levels, ideal for those looking for comfort, privacy and the privilege of living just a few steps from the sea.

Ground Floor: Bright living room with double sofa bed; equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine); 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with French bed (140 cm) and air conditioning; 2 bathrooms adjacent to the rooms.
Upper Floor: Third bedroom with French sofa bed (140 cm) and air conditioning; full private bathroom; direct access to the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea.
City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
Extra: EXTRA CLEANING € 25,00 Per hour per operator (upon request), EXTRA LINEN € 20,00 Per person (upon request), PET FRIENDLY € 100,00 Per stay (upon request)
To ensure a pleasant and space-friendly stay, we ask you to follow a few simple instructions. Separate collection must be carried out according to municipal rules, using only the containers provided and without leaving bags or waste inside the house. To prevent the presence of insects and ants, it is important not to use the cabinet under the sink as a container for food waste, not to store food in the kitchen cupboard/laundry room and not to leave food outside the refrigerator or not properly protected. We also invite you to always keep your kitchen countertop, snack counter, dining table and outdoor tables clean after use.
We ask you to treat the house with care, using only soft cloths and non-aggressive detergents for cleaning the sink and steel stove, avoiding aggressive products on wooden surfaces and parquet and not eating meals in the bedrooms. The air conditioners must be turned off when you leave the house and the mosquito nets must be used properly and kept closed when necessary.
For security reasons, it is not allowed to open the window located above the sofa and smoking is not allowed inside the villa. The gardener will be able to access the property for routine garden maintenance on Saturday or Monday morning, generally in the morning hours.
We are always available for any need or information during your stay and we will do our best to make your experience at Villa Kaleidos pleasant, relaxing and carefree.
Children up to 1 and over 13 years old are accepted and there is an obligation for parents to be vigilant as the parapet of the upstairs porch is really low.
