Su Mari Su 'Entu is a panoramic villa set in an exclusive and unrepeatable scenario. Immersed in a park of splendid Mediterranean maquis, it enjoys a unique view of the entire Turri bay. It is located 10 km from the town of Sant'Antioco and 90 km from the city of Cagliari. The villa is located within an integral landscape protection area (Special Protection Zone - Capo Sperone): an oasis of peace and tranquillity, far from noise and confusion, where the sound of the sea, the wind and the scent of the Mediterranean shrubs reign supreme. The house has: - unlimited WIFI - TV with Amazon fire stick - air conditioning - induction hob - ample pots and pans - electric oven - kettle - coffee machine with 50 free coffee pods per week - ice cream maker - electric waffle iron - planetary mixer - toaster - hair dryer in each bathroom - two bathrooms with shower and bidet - hot shower in the garden -barbecue with illuminated and equipped area complete with pergola and table with benches and refrigerator - sun terrace with sun loungers - two large verandas equipped for outdoor meals - convenient and ample shaded parking in the garden Large and cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms of which two doubles and one small room with two bunk beds and two complete bathrooms with shower and bidet. Splendid, large panoramic terrace. Solarium with sun loungers, barbecue area, outdoor shower served by hot water, parking spaces covered by pergola. THE HOUSE IS CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL AQUEDUCT AND HAS DRINKING WATER. Guests have free access to the entire property consisting of: - 100 square metres of living space consisting of a large and cosy living room, an equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms with shower; - two large and panoramic furnished verandas (100 square metres); - a large furnished solarium with sun loungers; - an equipped barbecue area; - ample covered parking. 12,000 square metres of garden with walkable paths, consisting of Mediterranean shrubs and bushes; shower with hot water in the garden. All amenities such as napkins, multipurpose paper roll (Scottex), dishwashing detergent, washing machine and laundry detergent, soaps for personal use, rubbish bags, etc. are the responsibility of the tenant. In order to protect the septic tank and the materials used for the renovation of the house, both toilet paper and cleaning detergents are provided by the landlord. The management of waste disposal is of fundamental importance and remains the responsibility of the tenant, who must comply with the door-to-door collection calendar available in the house. It is also possible to take rubbish to the municipality's collection centre (Ecocentro) located on the outskirts of Sant'Antioco. The accumulation of rubbish in the dedicated area in the garden exposes guests to the risk of the entry of wild animals with consequent discomfort during their stay. In particular, failure to dispose of organic or non-recyclable waste leads to a bad smell and unsanitary conditions. If guests do not dispose of waste, they have to hire staff for this activity. Suitable for nature lovers, walking, diving, snorkelling and fishing. Included in the rent are utilities, bed and bath linen, beach towels and 50 complimentary coffee capsules per week. A security deposit is required on arrival (with a signed handover note), which in the absence of damage will be returned in full at the end of the lease. In the case of a two-week stay, a mid-stay linen change is included. In order to avoid the presence of ants, it is important not to leave crumbs, food residues and rubbish inside the house, which can be placed in the appropriate containers in the garden every evening. THE BEACHES OF TURRI BAY (100 metres from the villa) In addition to the comfortable rocky beach a few metres from the house (90 metres), which can be reached by a private path, you will have the possibility of bathing in the three small beaches of Turri Bay. The first (looking at the sea to the left of the tower) is a small inlet surrounded by two high cliffs where the Canai Tower dominates. The sandy shore consists mainly of sand mixed with medium grains and pebbles. The seabed is sandy and shallow, and the crystal-clear sea has a beautiful turquoise colour. The second beach (looking at the sea to the right of the tower) has a bottom composed of dark pebbles and a sandy part. The third beach, which is located immediately afterwards (reachable on foot via a scenic path through the Mediterranean maquis) is the longest and has a sandy shore consisting mostly of flat pebbles, smoothed by the sea. It is shallow and sandy and the water is a wonderful emerald green and blue colour. All the beaches are sheltered from the mistral and in the background is a thick, wild macchia with Mediterranean bushes and shrubs. For lovers of sandy beaches, 400 metres from the villa there is the Coaquaddus (horsetail) beach with shallow, sandy seabed where you can find a bar, services and a small bathing establishment in addition to a convenient parking area.
