The location of the appartment is perfect and it's in the middle of Bath. The check-in instructions were very easy to follow. The apparment had all the facilities needed for comfortable stay. Very good value for money.
At the arrival the dishes provided by the host were dirty, and needed a round of dishwasher. There is also a problem with the drain in the bathtub. The water doesn't go away easily and it takes for it some time to go away, so it made some mess in the bathroom.

The proximity to town was very good.
Too much road and city noise. Floors uneven. Carpet not clean. Inability to pick up and drop off luggage from the street front.
