Location is great Ambience nice Heated pool is a bonus Restaurant is nice..staff real friendly. Special thanks to Philip in the restaurant...his attention to detail, smiling face, accommodating nature made our visit extra special

Attitude of the front desk lady on day 2...her facial expression when we asked for spare toilet rolls...as if we have asked for a pot of gold...she did give us the rolls... They could be more smiling and welcoming It would be helpful to have more towels etc rather than just give 8 towels for 8 pax for a 3 night stay.

The location was amazing!

The food at the restaurant could have been better.

The scenery was great, pool was very clean, environment was awesome, and staff were nice. The breakfast buffet was also tasty and reasonable, considering that this is Europe (great that they have discounts for small children).

There was some small trash left between the sofa, the facility was little old, but not so bad to deteriorate the overall experience.

The location is conveniently close to Hallstatt.

Cleanliness could be definitively better - the refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned inside for a while. Even other areas looked like hurriedly cleaned. The floors were in fact sticky in many places. But what took the cake was the fact that the property believed a group of 5 people in a 3-bedroom apartment (for 3 days) should make do with only 1 small bottle of shower gel. When asked for another bottle, the staff said they have to charge for it. Even better, there was no handwash in any of the two toilets. First time in my life and travels across nearly 50 countries, I came across such an amazing scenario.
