Rest and relaxation

Very quirky chalet, nicely decorated. Perfect place for relaxation. Gorgeous views.

Stairs are a bit steep, so caution if you have any mobility issues. It did not bother us particularly, and the host was very transparent about this when we booked.

We loved the location. The place was comfortable and we used the small room to chat, plan and play games. They left us fresh eggs and juice which was extra special. And Lisa was very nice helped us with questions that we had.

Perfect place for a cosy stay in a tiny house for 2-3 people.

The kitchen was equiped with everything and a little more. Wood for the oven was also included. Parking space directly in front of the tiny house. Check in was super uncomplicated with the host. Perfect stay in the middle of the nicest places in Austria. -> Be careful if you are not fit with climbing, since the ladders and stairs are quite steep.

Great stay in an old, traditional alpine house with modern facilities.

It combines traditional old alpine house with modern practical and convenient solutions of present houses. It’s comfortable yet you feel like in old house, you smell the old house, you touch the old table, slightly squeaky old doors, but everything is renovated and so well maintained that the stay is super comfortable.

Never would go back !

Was there for 5 nights , they only cleaned once , even had to ask for that. Was ask to leave the door open all day, no safety box! Apparently they only had one set of key. Not professional at all !

The stay is on the quiet small town of obertraun. Lisa was an excellent host, and everything from checkin to checkout went really smoothly. View from the apartment itself was breathtaking. Has all the amenities if you wanna cook by yourself as well. Can recommend the place to anyone.

Very nice staff allowed us to check-in relatively late. The bathroom is very modern and clean.

You could hear other guests as they talk/move because the building is an old wooden house.

We loved the design of the apartment, really beautiful, confortable and new; we loved that they had netflix and prime. The host was super nice to us, very kind, she even gave us some food as courtesy, she also gave us a tour with her beautiful sheeps. We had a perfect cozy time at the chalet!

If you drive and would like a super clean room with quiet neighbourhood. this is the place.

Location was not far of a drive. You definitely need to have car to go around. But it was a nice quiet neighbourhood. The house was super clean. The host was waiting for our arrival. even if we were late, she still put on a smile :) Love the sheeps at the back of the house.

Outstanding!

Great place in Obertraun, away from the bustle of Halstatt - short 7 minute drive to the Dachstein / Krippenstein Sky Lifts. We took a boat ride to Halstatt and came back by bus. We really liked the quiet surroundings of Obertraun and the Chalet. We were met late at night (around 9pm) by Lisa - a charming young lady - who walked us up to Apt 3 and showed us around. We highly recommend this place.

Great place, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Ideal location away from the hustle of Hallstatt. Our daughter even got a tour of the farm!

The place was well equipped, with nice small details and facilities included. There is a big garden where the host raised chickens and goose. The host also gave us some eggs and orange juice for the stay, which was a nice surprise. Lisa was very friendly and helpful and overall the stay was great.
