This is our 5th time staying and I think it is a little gem. Staff really friendly, able to leave bag before check in
First time we had a room on top floor and there is no lift but got my steps in. Room was lovely

Location
They booked out all the tables for the football game without notifying us or offering us a chance to book a table so we had to go to the hotel across the way to watch it . £90 a night and we couldn’t sit in bar to have a drink.

Big room, clean, friendly staff, 10 min walk to silverworks venue
The windows do not open at all and the air con unit didnt work, and so instead there was a plug in fan but it was very hot and just blowing hot air around, had to have a cold shower as it was too hot to sleep
The shower temperature was very temperamental

Distance from where we needed to be early Saturday morning.
Bathroom was a bit grubby and the air conditioning unit was held together with cello tape.
