    Systems went down, keycards didnt work on multiple occassions, Lifts didnt work & zero soundproofing, rooms smells (room 329) of drainage issues. An expensive hotel with little value. Super quick in taking (a lot) of money but slow in recovery. Other then the fact its next to Excell (if thats where you need to be) I would not choose this property again ! The staff did their best but with (what looks like) zero support there is only so much they could have done.

    Very comfy and quiet room, good food in the restaurant (one waiter needed to smile a little more). Rest of staff efficient and friendly. Quite costly, but well positioned.

    I had my breakfast here in dockside restaurant where there were no person to attend us. The staff (Tuesday morning buffet) were rude did not tend to any needs such as getting the high chair or coming and asking if they need any eggs of choice which is part of breakfast buffet. She even mentioned to keep my toddler closer to my chair. What do you expect from a 1 year old kid who has learnt to walk. I raised the issue to the staff and no body owned up the problem. Even Marriott bonvoy complaint was of no use. The only reason to choose this was since it is closer to excel center where my conference was happening. There were few part timers and fresh joiners from college who were better than the experienced clan. Saniya, babin Jyoti aditya and there was one lady of asian origin who were kind, welcoming and polite.
