Collecting keys from shop nearby was a bit of a walk.

The location is fantastic. The view is amazing. Yes the carpet is a little tired but honestly for what you pay, you can’t beat it - especially being so close to the Elizabeth Line. You can be in central London within 20 mins. The other reviews don’t give this room justice imo. I’ve stayed 3 times and I have only ever had the en suite room and the other room’s bathroom IS private - you just have to leave the room to access. Really not a big deal. Plus the bar on the nearby Hotel Sunborn is bloody great for a late night cocktail! 🍹

This should be at least an 8/10 but I agree with the other reviews - ensuring the TV works, that there is milk available for hot drinks (even UHT cartons would do!), refining the instructions so people know not to walk along the river but with the hotels on your LEFT not right and the big one - telling people IN ADVANCE about needing to collect the keys from 10 mins away. This was my 3rd stay so I knew but to not release those details until 3pm on the day of check in is a real issue and the owners should take note of that as the review score would increase.

It was very close to the EcXel so its great for when you arend a conference there. The AC was very good and quiet. They provided a couple cups and cutlery with a tea towel. The towels were nice and the TV gad a bunch of options like Netflix and BBC iPlayer.

The bathroom was separate from the room, so I had to cross the communal hallway every time. My room door didn’t have a dead bolt or any extra lock besides the simple turn key. There was no information whatsoever in the room, you have to screen shot all the check in information they sent you before because the wifi info etc is not in the room. The microwave was in the wardrobe and there was no place to plug it in, so I had to place it on the floor somewhere to be able to plug it in. There is one window that opens, but it doesn’t close. The worst part tbh was that the address that’s given is for the apartment, but you have to pick up the key at another place, and there is no address for that place, you are just given pictures and a description, I felt like I was on a scavenger hunt (with a heavy backpack). I reached out for clarification, in Booking messages, never heard back.
