A gem of a hotel

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely part of Venice. We loved the location for our family of four where we wanted to have a beach holiday but also explore the city of Venice. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Beach beds and umbrellas are reserved for you at the beach. I loved this. The staff were so nice to deal with. They answered any questions we had and we're extremely helpful in giving us advice on the best ways to get from A to B. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning. It was fresh and varied and had many options to suit all types of diets and preferences. The pool area was beautiful. The pool for our children was quite deep but they enjoyed the children's pool. The lifeguard on duty was excellent. She engaged kindly with the children, giving them toys to play with and helping them with their swimming. She upheld the rules of the pool in a fair but firm manner which meant it could be enjoyed by everyone. Pool towel are available at reception which we availed of. The exterior and reception area of the hotel is beautifully decorated. We did find the rooms a bit old and dated but they were exceptionally clean and met all our needs. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day and new towels were provided. We were very impressed by this hotel.

The sea made up for everything

The location of the Hotel was ideal, it is very close to the beach. The Hotel looks good from the outside, seems to have been renovated, there is a small shop nearby.

I asked for the car to be in a covered area (this was confirmed, which is why we chose this hotel and not the one next to it). By the time we got there, it turned out that there was no 'reserved' parking space, and the small indoor garage was always full. The rooms were cleaned with a very strong-smelling chemical, the first night was particularly difficult because of this, sleep and the bedding took on this chemical smell, so we slept with towels on the pillows. The bathroom is very small, I had to learn how to shower in such a way that I don't turn off the faucet unintentionally. There is no sliding glass door, only plastic curtains, which makes the whole bathroom wet. In addition, the toilet is very close to the shower, you can even wash your hair while using the toilet :-)

Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff who look after their guests well.

The staff were all lovely, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and always plenty of food. The hotel was located very close to the beach and it was good to have beach loungers allocated so that you were guaranteed a spot. The room was always very clean. The bar at the front of the hotel was lovely, with good cocktails and drinks. As we left early in the morning and missed our final breakfast the staff kindly put together a packed lunch for us to take, which was a nice gesture. On arrival we changed to half board and ate in the hotel. The evening meals were good value, however sometimes the menu was a bit repetitive. If you brought a bottle of wine or water and didn't finish it then they wrote your room number on the bottle and brought it to you the next night, much better than feeling you had to consume a whole bottle at a time or waste it. Underground parking a welcome addition in the heat, had to wait a couple of days for a space to become available. We also discovered there was a fridge down in the basement where you could freeze your ice blocks for a cool bag, plus an ironing board, iron and a washing machine. Shame we didn't know about this facility at the start of our stay. The pool area is lovely, always lots of loungers and umbrellas and the bar staff will bring drinks to the area, you just need to go and order them from the bar.

the room wasn't overly large and the fitments could do with slightly improving, Some drawers would have been handy as there were only shelves in the wardrobes. It would also have benefitted from a fridge. There was clearly space where one should have been but for some reason it had been removed. The air conditioning worked but the room was often a bit warm. We were there during a heat wave which may account for it not being as chilled as normal. The hotel bar outside only took cash, bit of a pain when we now live in a world of contactless payment. Had to go and find a bank to withdraw cash. The patio area by the bar would benefit from more shade...it was very very hot! We wanted to play tennis while we were there, the addition of a tennis court was partly attracted us to the hotel. However there was a fairly heft charge of 12 euros an hour, this needs to be made clear on the website as it didn't mention anywhere that there was a charge for the facility. The room would benefit from some kind of welcome pack about the hotel, for example we didn't realise there were facilities in the basement we could have used until the day we left. It would have been good to have this kind of information in the room.

Hotel on a great location, the beach is really close, and you get beds and parasol on the beach. The hotel has private parking and also an underground garage, you can use both. The furniture in the room is a bit old school but everything works and it is clean, so it is ok.

A wonderful hotel. The owner and the staff was so great and friendly and they will do anything for us. The restaurant served delicious Italian food. Pool was great and clean, the rooms were bright and clean. A quiet and lovely place where we could relax. We will come again.

Il posto riservato in spiaggia era molto comodo e vicino, forse un po' poco spazio tra gli ombrelloni. La camera era pulita, il bagno datato ma funzionale (con tenda in doccia). Ampio il terrazzo attrezzato con sedie e tavolino. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. La colazione era varia e abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato. Peccato non ci sia un servizio di bici all'interno dell'hotel, ma molto vicino c'è un noleggio attrezzato dove andare in autonomia. Piscina piccola ma carina.

Das Hotel ist Zentrums- und Strandnah gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal war super freundlich. Am Strand hatten wir für uns reservierte Liegestühle. Das Hotel, der Pool und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, was man auch dem Bad anmerkt. Der Duschvorhang war ein wenig nervig.

Hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia con possibilità di usufruire di ombrelloni e sdraio compresi nel prezzo nella spiaggia più vicina (due minuti a piedi). Attribuzione ombrelloni semplice e veloce, spazio tra ombrelloni adeguato. Spiaggia pulita di sabbia, dotata di doccia fredda ma gratuita, bagni puliti e possibilità di sciacquarsi anche solo i piedi prima di rientrare in albergo. Piccole comodità che rendono tutto più semplice. Hotel bello e pulito, staff molto gentile, sempre col sorriso. L'ingresso e gli spazi comuni ben arredati e accoglienti. Le stanze di dimensioni comode, pulite e con un bel terrazzo a disposizione con tavolino e sedie da esterno. Letti comodi. Aria condizionata regolabile.

Bagno con tenda doccia, scarico non drenava bene. Prese elettriche non tutte funzionanti. Però non l'abbiamo fatto presente e quindi non posso dire nulla sulla disponibilità e velocità di riparazione.
