Perfectly situated hotel with a nice swimming pool and private beach on a fair price

Perfectly situated building with nice parking, a swimming pool and private beach. Some stuff like the towels or extra sheet need to be payed separately which is a bit annoying but the fee is cheap enough not to be worried about. The manager is a charming old professor and is doing a wonderful job taking care for the complex.

Despite some discrepancies out stay was excellent

We liked location, staff, parking space for free and cleansess of appartment. In the vicinity was lot of possibilities for shopping and very nice "ristorantino". There is a small private beach in the residence however the number of cots is not enough for all rooms.

The kitchen equipment is quite obsolete and very limited. We missed e.g. wine glasses, bowls. Also there was not any additional staff e,g wastebin bags, rags etc. You should bring your own.

Eine wunderbare Woche

Wunderbare Aussicht von unserer Wohnung. Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und eigenen Liegen. Sehr unkomplizierter Check in und freundlicher Empfang- Check out auch perfekt. Alles sehr entspannt! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Obwohl die Apartments Mängel haben, hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Gut ist die Nähe zum Strand. Durch die neuen Markisen konnte der Balkon den ganzen Tag genutzt werden.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Es gab keine Pfanne oder eine größere Schüssel. Geschirr und Gläser besteht nur noch aus Sammelsurium.

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Достаточно просторный номер с кухней, душевая комната со стиральной машиной, большой балкон с маркизой и кондиционер. Парковка достаточно вместительная. А самое главное это расположение! Пляж в 100 м от отеля. И практически свободный. Рядом находятся пиццерии с очень приятными ценами и персоналом. В 5 мин езды прекрасный супермаркет, с продуктами которых нет в Германии. В соседнем городке по средам ярмарка, где можно приобрести домашнее вино и различные сыры. Нам очень понравилось. Следующим летом приедем еще.

Lage Top, Unterkunft Flop wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder !

Die direkte Lage am Strand, der Pool und die scheinbar in jedem Apartment vorhandene Waschmaschine.

Angefangen beim nicht bezugsfertigen Zimmer gemäß Buchung und damit über eine Stunde Wartezeit, bis hin zum stark maroden Zimmer mit Löchern im Putz, Feuchtigkeit in und Schimmel an den Wänden, als auch an, in und um die Klimaanlagen herum (das Bett darunter stehend). Das Resort wird besser angepriesen, als es in Wirklichkeit ist (Bilder hui, Realität pfui). In dem Dachgeschosszimmer konnte man als normal große Person kaum gerade laufen, weil die Dachschrägen weit in die Räume hineinragen. Die Küchenausstattung war eher dürftig und der vorhandene Wasserkocher war am Schalter komplett aufgebrochen. Am 2. und 3. Tag kam der Handwerker und „fixte“ nach Bestandsaufnahme einige Mängel, als auch mit Schimmelentferner einige Stellen an der Wand. Der Chlorgeruch war neben dem Silikongeruch (für die undichte Dusche) nicht lustig und kostete darüber hinaus unsere Urlaubszeit. Nach einer Woche wurde uns ein Alternativzimmer angeboten. Es war geräumiger, mit Blick auf das Meer, aber auch hier fanden wir starken Schimmel in und um die tropfenden Klimaanlagen vor. Die Apartments sind außerdem sehr hellhörig. Wer auf einen Liegestuhl am Pool oder am privaten Strandabschnitt hofft, sollte mit der Dreistigkeit anderer Urlauber rechnen, die Liegen über Liegen mit Handtüchern belegen, diese aber nicht benutzen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hauswart ist in deutsch schwierig und in englisch nicht möglich, auch wenn er immer versucht bis zu einem gewissen Grad höflich zu bleiben. Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft das Geld nicht wert und mit dem Schwarzschimmel, vor allem in der an heißen Tagen notwendigen Klimaanlage, gesundheitsschädigend.

Die Kücheneinrichtung, keine Bratpfanne, keine Schüsseln, nur zwei Flammen zum Kochen keine Weingläser, alles sehr minimal eingerichtet Der Ein- und Ausstieg in den Pool sehr schlecht, Die oberste Sprosse ist viel zu hoch für ältere oder nicht so sportliche Menschen, aber viel bezahlen müssen alle.

Alles in allem recht angenehm , was aber hauptsächlich an der Lager der Unterkunft lag. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage war wirklich sehr optimal. Direkt am Meer, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben.

Schimmel in der Dusche, Schimmel an der Klimaanlage , schmutzige Matratzen. Kaputte Fliesen am Pool … der Herr an der Rezeption hat mich ohne Vorwarnung angeschriehen…vor allen Menschen am Pool. Aus dem nichts. Respektlos und unhöflich. Als ich fragte , was das Problem sei, brüllte er weiter und wenig später kam er erneut an, als ich mit den Kindern ruhig am Pool lag um das Thema erneut kund zu tun… Und Kinder scheinen auch nur gewünscht , wenn diese leise sind oder zum Meer gehen um dort ausgelassen spielen zu können.

Közel a part, közel a bolt, 15 percre a kikötő Velence-Murano-Burano felé. Kényelmes ágyak. Tisztaság.

Apartman lévén egy serpenyő és egy fakanál hasznos lett volna. Egy francia ágy, benne két matrac. A harmadik ágy egy kempingágy, de használója szerint kényelmes.

Remek lokáció, közvetlenül a tengerparton. A szálloda kutyabarát, azonban a partszakasz viszont nyilvános, nem a szállodáé, oda hivatalosan nem lehet vinni a kutyát. A kert, a medence szépen karbantartott, a wifi szuperül működött és lift is van. A gondnoki, recepciós feladatokat egy személyben egy úr végzi, aki nagyon kedves. A medencénél szerencsére nem kell fizetni a nyugágyakért és a napernyőért, ami Olaszországban sajnos sok helyen nem alapvető. Plusz pont még kávéfőzőért!

Az épület és a szoba berendezése erősen felújításra szorulna. Az épületben erős a hőség, csak klímával lehet elviselni. Szellőztetni este, éjszaka lehetetlen, mivel nincs szúnyogháló. Sajnos a hangoskodó, vagy a kutyájukat fegyelmezni nem tudó vendégekre senki nem szól rá.

Дуже привітний співробітник, чудове місце розташування. Пляж і чистий басейн прямо перед будівлею. Достатньо шезлонгів та парасольок. Поряд - пляжні бари і ресторани а також купа піцерій, де можна смачно поїсти. Неподалік великий чудовий аквапарк Карібе - мастхев. Можна легко доїхати до парома на Венецію. За ці гроші кращого розташування більше не знайти.

Niezbyt czysto w pokoju, Pokoje nie są wyciszone wiec słychać wszystko i musieliśmy prosić sąsiadów żeby rozmawiali ciszej bo nie dało się zasnąć, a mimo że mieliśmy pokój ma 2 pietrze to słuchać było każdą rozmowę na chodniku… przy okazji pan z dmuchawą do liści to dobry budzik 😉
