Wonderful weekend at B&B A Casa di Marta

A wonderful stay at B&B A Casa di Marta Conveniently located - close to the pier where the vaporetto departs for Venice. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms, very comfortable bed. Marta is a very welcoming hostess: she provided detailed information, from vaporetto schedules and routes to tasty places to eat. We felt like part of the family. A good breakfast awaited us every morning. I highly recommend this place if you're planning a couple of nights in Venice and want to stay away from the crowds.

Simply wonderful, don’t go anywhere else for Venice.

Everything and especially Marta, our host, who is outstanding. The free bikes and special hospitality made it exceptional. You couldn’t find a better location for the area, especially if you’re heading to Venice.

Very clean and quiet, air conditioning, a great bed and breakfast feeling that wasn’t impersonal like a hotel but still private and relaxing. The complimentary bicycles were very useful! Marta took very good care of us.

Perfect place to start sightseeng as well as rest on the beach

Room and bathroom perfectly cleaned every day. Very helpful hosters - many valuable advices given. Individual approach - living like at home or with a family. Home made cakes served. Quiet surroundings allow you to take a break from the noise of Venice. Near (15 min by walk) to the beach, the same to waterbus station - connections with Venice and Burano. Good restaurant located very close (2 min.) - great pasta. Bikes to be used for free.

Marta was super kind and friendly, and full of warm hospitality. I speak English and the rest of my family speak Italian, but Marta was always kind enough to use both languages:-) The location was great, in a quiet and peaceful area with no traffic and crowds, near to Punta Sabbioni where the boat to Venezia frequently leaves. Rooms are new and spotless, and the decoration inside were very nice. We are a family with 3 kids, but space was just enough. Kids loved the garden, in-room TV, and the breakfast very much. The restaurant nearby was excellent, too. We went there 3 times and they gave us discount if you told them that you are staying at Casa di Marta. Free beach nearby was very nice (it's sand beach with nice Kiosk). We visited Caribe Bay, the waterpark, which locates just 20 minutes by a car from Casa di Marta, and kids really loved the waterpark. We will be back to Marta's place for sure! Grazie mille, Marta!

Nothing! We did not have time to use the bicycles (free rental at Marta's place), so next time we'd like to stay longer and go for cycling to explore more in town:-)

Great relaxing stay

Everything else, the quiet cosy surroundings, the friendliness of Marta and her husband, the free bikes you can use, the distance to restaurants and the beach, as well as Venice. Marta gives very good tips where to go and what to do. Breakfast outside was of good quality, and delicious. You have a free parking space.

Shower water temperature changed regularly from too hot to too cold.

Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Fähranlegers nach Venedig. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und liefert sehr viele nützliche Informationen über die Umgebung und Venedig. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen (Kühlschrank/Wasserkocher). Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Fenster zum Eingang können nicht gekippt werden - Durchlüftung schwierig, weil nur 1 Himmelrichtung der Fenster und damit wir nachts komplett die Terrassentüre offen hatten ( bisschen mulmiges Gefühl)

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Bella stanza e buona colazione. Alloggio vicino alla partenza dei traghetti per Venezia, Burano, Torcello e Murano. Bella anche la spiaggia di Punta Sabbioni. Siamo stati molto bene :-) Grazie, Marta!

Tutto molto bello e confortevole. Ottima camera e ottima colazione. Posto auto comodo e coperto da tettoia, biciclette a disposizione. Ottima posizione vicino al molo di Punta Sabbioni e alle ciclabili della penisola di Cavallino. Host molto gentile e premurosa. Le torte fatte in casa sono fantastiche.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, die Lage perfekt. Man ist in kurzer Zeit am Stand und beim Leuchtturm, kann ausgiebige Wanderungen machen. Die Anbindung an Venedig ist ausgezeichnet. Marta ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, es gibt sogar selbstgemachten köstlichen Kuchen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!🥰 Vielen Dank
