Last warm days in October 2022

The hotel is really close to the beach. We went swimming in almost November and there were 26 degrees. Beach is large for walks or play with children. Near the beach there is good restaurant and in front we had a parking space (I guess in the season it is full). There is a ferry that takes you directly to the Venice Marco Polo square only 15min drive with a car to the port. Staff in the hotel was really friendly. Breakfast was ok (italian style :) ).

Great!

The stuff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The accommondation is beautiful, pleasant,clean has a perfect location-just 2min away from the beach!. The hotel counts with a very nice chillout open-air lounge where to enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner, a drink and even live concerts. Just make sure to reserve in advanced a parking/garage spot. I had a great stay!. Will definitely repeat!.

Great location, room and breakfast

The location was perfect. Close to beach and not too close to the city of Lido; thus more quiet. The room was very nice. The breakfast was outstanding at the cooperative hotel.

The depositing of our luggage was confusing. We did not meet any at the reception at the hotel. After asking one in the bar besides the hotel, we found out the hotel was cooperating with another hotel (just across the road) which could help with depositing our luggage. Successfully, one from that hotel could guide us for the check in a couple of hours later. She was not very kind which started the stay a little worse than expected. The manager of the other hotel was very kind and helpful.

Nice stay overall

I liked it overall, for the price it was OK, the location was good. The beach was very close by and it was really a very nice beach. I also liked that I could go to the dog beach with my dog. The balcony was big and the room was a good size and I was able to leave my dog in the room unattended. The staff was very understanding, big plus.

What I did not like about the hotel in general was that 1 it had no refrigerator, big minus. 2. the room was not cleaned once while I stayed there for 4 days. 3. I also did not like that the sheets on the bed were not changed once. I had to ask for clean towels. In general the hotel itself needs a good vacuming. Finally, I did not like that the chairs at the beach did not lean all the way back, so I could not lay on my stomach.

Struttura buona la camera sinceramente un po piccola con un balcone chiuso da un paravento ma per una sola notte si puo sorvolare La colazione sarebbe da incrementare un po nel complesso buono ma la prossima volta specifico la camera

Colazione un po scarsetta nel reparto dolce macchina del caffe da accoppiare ad un servizio sostitutivo di bar camera piu da singola che matrimoniale ma pulita balcone con un paravento un po oppressivo ma x una notte si puo sopportare

Insgesamt war es eine schöne Woche am Strand, und die umliegenden Lokale waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Dank der zentralen Lage und der Nähe zum Strand ist das Hotel dennoch attraktiv. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück in diesem Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert und meiner Meinung nach eine regelrechte Katastrophe. Ich möchte nicht ins Detail gehen, aber ich rate dazu, dieses Hotel ohne Frühstück zu buchen, um den ersten Tag nicht gleich mit schlechter Laune zu beginnen.

Vicinanza alla spiaggia. Kit saponi bagno, colazione varia, dolce e salato, staff cordiale e disponibile.

Soggiornato in tripla, 2 notti per fare 1weekend al mare, 2 adulti+bimbo 2anni. Arrivati la sera, trovato in camera kit asciugamani per 2 persone (2 teli doccia di cui 1 macchiato e con capelli neri lunghi attaccati, 2mani+1bidet), mancava il tappeto da fuori doccia, ma comunque abbiamo usato quelli che c'erano senza grossi problemi. Bagno tecnologico ma odorava di muffa. Il giorno seguente siamo rientrati la sera dalla spiaggia e notiamo che non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani del giorno prima (nonostante li avessimo ammassati sul pavimento zuppi dal post doccie della sera prima) trovandoci ad asciugarci in 3 con l'asciugamano da bidet e con il telo mare del bimbo...inoltre scoperto che l'asciugacapelli a muro era rotto, ovvero si accendeva solo per 20 secondi con odore di bruciato (fortuna che siamo in estate). La reception non è costantemente presidiata, pertanto bisogna andare nell'altro loro hotel 4* a fianco, dove abbiamo trovato un Sig. molto gentile che si è segnato subito tutto e dicendoci che provvedevano a rimediare. In effetti al nostro rientro in camera dopocena troviamo asciugamani per 3 persone puliti e un phon portatile. Quindi tutto ok. Alla mattina del checkout lascio la tessera-chiave al ragazzo della reception, il quale però mi dice che non risultava pagata la tassa di soggiorno (pagata in contanti la sera di arrivo oltre al saldo intero del soggiorno) e mi dice anche che sulla camera c'era segnato il phon...comunque, dopo aver spiegato il tutto, ha compreso e ci ha congedato, ovviamente senza null'altro a pretendere.

Posizione davvero comoda e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, disponibilità di bici ad uso gratuito, servizi da tre stelle ma integrati con quelli del vicino albergo Ca' di Valle, camerata bastanza accogliente. Staff molto cortese e disponibile

Se in ritardo alcune cose (es.pancackes o uova) della colazione non venivano riproposte, ma poco male perché non mancavano le alternative valide. Ripenserei alla possibilità di offrire la cassaforte senza il sovrapprezzo di 5 euro. Al momento della prenotazione del posto auto mi era stato detto che avrei avuto modo di scegliere anche l'opzione sulle strisce blu ma al check-in erano terminati i voucher; magari sarebbe meglio specificare che i posti sono ad esaurimento. Insonorizzazione un po' carente.

Il personale gentile ed accogliente, discreto. Comodo l’ingresso con tessera in autonomia 24/24.

Il primo giorno c’era un insopportabile profumo di eucalipto fortissimo ovunque specialmente nelle stanze. In più nella camera a me assegnata un forte odore di pipì di animale che mi ha impedito di dormire.
