Discrimination and shocking treatment by front desk woman

I’m still in shock and deeply disappointed by how I was treated during my stay at this property. What happened to me goes far beyond a bad service experience – I was discriminated against by the blonde woman with short hair working at reception, and it left me in tears. According to the hotel’s policy, check-in is guaranteed from 14:00. I arrived at 12:30, after a long and exhausting journey. I was greeted coldly, without a smile or any sense of welcome. I handed over my ID and was told to wait until 14:00. I respected that and went to their restaurant, where I spent money on food and drinks – so I was already supporting the business. At 13:30, I politely returned to the desk and asked again if my room might be ready. I was told again to wait until 14:00, so I sat quietly near the reception. Then, at 13:55, an Italian family arrived and immediately started checking in. At 14:02, I approached the desk and asked why they were being served first, despite the fact that I had already been waiting for an hour and a half, and had submitted my ID much earlier. Instead of explaining or showing any understanding, the receptionist raised her voice, claimed they were “first,” and tried to turn the situation against me. It was absurd – I had been sitting there for over 30 minutes before they even arrived. When I pointed this out calmly, she continued escalating the tension rather than trying to resolve it. At that point, I felt completely humiliated and started crying. A much kinder colleague of hers finally helped me check in, but the damage had already been done. What was most disturbing is that this receptionist told me I was “disturbing other guests” and should “relax – I’m on vacation.” This was classic gaslighting – she mistreated me and then tried to make me feel like I was the problem. Her tone became almost threatening, as if I might be kicked out.

The room was smaller than it looks in the pictures and the wardrobe is not very spacious so for more than a 3/4nights stay I think it wouldn’t be enough

A simple and clean dog-friendly hotel

The hotel has its own parking lot. The staff are friendly and flexible in dealing with problems. The breakfast is adequate and varied. The room is simple but modern, comfortable and clean. It is a dog-friendly hotel, so there were a lot of guests with dogs. This was not a bother, although we are not dog owners. The beach is a short walk away.

There are a lot of mosquitoes at sunset. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but it is recommended that everyone bring mosquito spray. I am not aware of the prices here, but in European terms, I think it was a bit expensive for the accommodation category. The wifi is not the strongest.

The hotel is clean and friendly. It is in a very good location, close to the beach. The breakfast was simple but delicious and fresh.

Unfortunately, there was no safe in the room, we had an unpleasant surprise because of this. Be careful with the hotel housekeeping staff! The wifi was very slow, most of the time we couldn't even connect to the network.

Staff is absolutely kind and helpful. The hotel is new and also on a very good location. Restaurant is one of the best in the neighborhood.

In the family apartment the bathroom is very tiny not many option to store your toiletries, towels or even to wash your face. Also we had very noisy neighbors who were partying until 4am loudly.

Nice hotel for staying for a week with dogs

We really like this hotel. Very friendly staff, sooo clean room, all that we need were in our room. The rooms are new, all the furniture is new too. Breakfast was really tasty and all food was fresh. There were good variants for choosing. Coffee and juices are tasty. A big plus is that this hotel is pet friendly. But you should pay for 1 dog for 7 euros. We have two dogs, so we had extra paid 14 euros and it's a little bit a lot... But we enjoyed staying here.

All hotels have their own beaches, but this hotel doesn't have its own beach, so you need to pay at the beach for a chaise-longue and parasol, or just sit on the sand.

Eine sehr gute Wahl für unsere Zwischenübernachtung

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, gut renoviert, aufgeräumt und perfekt sauber. Bad wie neu und recht geräumig. Kleines, aber nicht zu enges Zimmer, Check-in /Empfang sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ruhig und in grüner Umgebung, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand. Eigener Parkplatz, dank Videoüberwachung konnte man das vollgepackte Auto unbedenklich stehen lassen. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig, Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt.

Man muss sich klarmachen, dass in der Gegend Anfang Oktober das meiste geschlossen ist, absolutes Saisonende. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel. Klein aber fein. Personal super nett. Wir haben tolle Tipps von Anna bekommen. Sehr sauber und tolle Frühstücksauswahl. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir werden wiederkommen. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten.

Fuga al mare io e te...

La posizione comoda sia al mare, che alla ciclabile, che alla strada principale per eventuali spostamenti. Zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, e posto privato per parcheggiare le bici. Vicino all'hotel un ristorante-pizzeria che si mangia molto bene convenzionato con ľhotel con uno sconto del 10%. Pulizia super della struttura, camere tutte restaurate praticamente nuove, pure i bagni nuovi con tutto ciò che serve. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, specialmente Elisa della reception, una ragazza giovane con una disponibilità e gentilezza uniche!

Se proprio vorrei trovare un difetto il materasso un pò rigido e cuscini troppo piatti, ma si riesce a dormire ugualmente, ma si sa il letto di casa propria è sempre il migliore...

Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Zimmers! Auch die Mitarbeiter bei der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Leider waren die Vettern sehr laut .. wen man sich bewegt hat im Bett dann waren alle im Zimmer mit wach da diese so geknarrt und gekracht haben! Beim Frühstück wurden wir mehrmals darauf hingewiesen leise zu sein obwohl wir uns nur normal unterhalten haben das war dann auch sehr unangenehm so traute man sich garnicht zu unterhalte was sehr schwer ist wen man ein einjähriges Kind mit hat.
