Location was great on the main high street. Good connections to tube stations. Room was clean, beds very comfy, staff were so polite and friendly when checking in/out. Great for what we payed for.
Bathroom was a little small, no spoons for coffee and tea making facilities, no full length mirror in the room only the bathroom

Great location on walking distance from Underground stations, Westfield Shopping mall and plenty of stores and restaurants. Hotel offers complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. Good price/quality ratio
Kettle in the room was in non-working condition. Space in the toilet was very tiny. No elevators in the building.
