Location wise best area as nesr metro station and also main bus station. Westfield Shopping mall at walking distance. Facilities in hotel can be improved but overall for first timers best place to stay

7.6 / 10Good·Oct 2026

Location between 2 tubes, Shepherd Bush and Shepherds Bush Market. Didn't have breakfast. Room was clean but basic. Reported diluted body lotion, and minimum shower gel and requested tea but not addressed so tried to call reception only to find the room telephone didn't work. Tried calling several times on their main phone but no reply. Mentioned it to same receptionist on check out but she said they'd been busy.

A very easy stay with a highly walkable location and convenient transport links. The spacious room, cleanliness, and reliable housekeeping made things comfortable, while the amenities and facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience offered strong value for money.

Stayed here for 3 nights, decent location if you like shopping there is a nearby mall Westfield about 10 mins walk. Had to ask for change of room when we arrived as the Aircon was not working, we were moved in a different room, yes the Aircon worked in there kind of, and we survived. Rooms and corridors were smelling as if carpets got wet and never dried. Cleanliness is not the priority for the hotel staff I belive. Will I visit again No will I recommend it to others No.
