Always nice staff, great free breakfast buffet and strong Wi-Fi

My room was occasionally noisy but I managed to sleep pretty well -

Great location, quiet, comfortable and good value for money.

No housekeeping in the evening and no room service

Breakfast was very good and the staff (at breakfast) was very friendly, attentive, helpful. Food selection not fantastic, but overall very good, so no complaints.

One staff person was very unfriendly, the other staff members okay, but in general not extremely friendly. Because I needed to postpone my flight to a later day, I had to reserve a room a second time, used booking.com, but my reservation was not accepted by the hotel. In the end I did get the room from the hotel directly, but for a different price (higher, of course), so this was a "tactic", I did not really appreciate. The location is good, but walking from the BTS station with lots of luggage/equipment/gear can be exhausting, especially in extreme heat and humidity. (The hotel offers a cart at least from the hotel to the main street to get to the BTS). The walls between rooms seem to be extremely thin, so you can hear nearly every word, that is spoken next door and (when I was there) constant coughing.
