    Room and hotel absolutely lovely. Gym not extensive but got plenty and tread mills. Also a park nearby for runs. Will come again

    Clean spacious and comfortable room in a well located hotel close to Benjakitti Park and the entertainment and shopping options afforded by Sukhumvit for which a regular golf cart shuttle service facilitates access. Attractively priced although the ‘Deluxe City View’ room paid for was not honored and comprised a wall and air conditioning units. Establishment of an operative WiFi connection necessitated a 20 minute in room visit by an engineer. Modestly sized swimming pools are available adjacent to the annex and within the main hotel. The latter is the most preferable to visit. Breakfast comprises both Asian and Western options and is sufficiently broad to satisfy most tastes.

    The rooms were clean! We were a group of 6 and had 3 rooms. No complaints from any of the rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Very disappointing stay — basic cleanliness standards not met I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Arinara Beach Resort. The bathroom in my room was not in an acceptable condition. The shower contained visible human hair from a previous occupant, and there was significant mould and grime around the shower and bathroom fixtures. I specifically reported this to the hotel and requested that my room be cleaned before I left. I was told this would be taken care of. When I returned, nothing had been done. The same hair and mould were still there. I understand that housekeeping can occasionally miss something, but once a guest specifically reports a hygiene issue and is told it will be rectified, there is no excuse for simply doing nothing. I was left with a bathroom that I did not feel comfortable using, despite giving the hotel an opportunity to fix the problem. For a resort charging the rates Arinara does, I expect basic cleanliness and, at the very least, a response when a problem is reported. I was told there was a shower in the gym that I could use
